Just finished having a procedure done here.recovering now waiting for my ride.the minute I arrived I was received by Gabrielle at the front desk.he was nice and a pro.then Chelsea got me prepped in the big room.another pro.the rest of the staff (I can't remember everyone's name and I'm sorry) were amazing.clean (cold bring a sweater for sure). The only downer wad I was fasting and the staff was having their Friendsgiving so I heard, in detail all the food everyone made.omg I'm salivating! LOL thank you team.:)

This place took a procedure that should have been a 1 hour process and turned it into a 5 hour ordeal!
I took my husband there today for a simple procedure (lumber nerve block) and the entire experience was a nightmare. We arrived at 11: 30am (actually a little earlier) as instructed. They finally called him back at 12: 30pm. I was there waiting in the lobby. We had been there before and usually the entire process takes about an hour. I started to get worried about the procedure taking so long. Then at 2pm my husband started texting me that he was still waiting. He said he was freezing, the bed (which is usually used for xrays) was extremely uncomfortable, his IV was hurting him (because of it's odd placement), he was hungry, they stuck him somewhere in the corner and stopped checking in on him. He said he felt like he was being tortured and wanted to pull his IV out and leave. So, at 2: 45pm, I spoke to the front desk to see what was going on. Some nurse came out and went to check on him. She said there were 2 more ahead of him and she gave him a blanket and assured me it wouldn't be much longer. More time went by. My husband started texting me about how he was second guessing trusting this place and his doctor with his care because of how poorly it was run and how the nurses kept complaining (constantly and without regard for who could hear) about their jobs, complaining about their boss's incompetent scheduling and speaking very negatively about his doctor and about how he wanted things done and about how they refuse to do the paperwork the way he wanted it. There is absolutely no excuse for this, totally unprofessional, patients should not be hearing this while they sit there, nervous, wait for their procedure (for hours). Finally, around 3: 45pm he actually had his procedure and got up in recovery at 4: 15pm. I finally got the call that he was done at 4: 30pm (interesting they had someone call when they knew I was sitting right there). In the meantime, as his driver, I sat around waiting for 5 hours. I had to arrange for someone to pick up our kids or they would have been stranded at school and never left the premises because no one could communicate the truth, which was this place way hours behind and instead of letting people know or adjusing times, they call them back and hook them up to IVs so they don't leave. I saw other people waiting go to check on their loved ones as well because they were back there for hours and people were starting to worry. So, they would come and ask the front desk, only to find out they hadn't even gone into the OR yet. I'm shocked and appalled by the lack of communication, professionalism, and common sense that I witnessed today. I heard various versions of excuses, everything from too many cases were booked, to the system being down, to a big surgery in the morning ran behind. Whatever version of the excuse you're going with, it doesn't excuse the lack of communication and the treatment all of these poor patients received today. The way this place is run really makes me wonder about the safety aspect as well.

Very clean, very professional. Have had 2 procedures done here and they are on time, very very friendly nurses and staff. Front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nurses are excellent, top notch professionals. Excellent bedside manor, soft touch and they make you feel comfortable. I have no complaint with anyone here, they really are a well oiled machine.

I had a surgery done at this facility on June 2nd, 2022 and without asking me or doing the right research they sent the specimen collected for a biopsy to a place that don’t take my health insurance and because of that mistake I received a huge bill. I went back and spoke to the manager and she promised me that she’ll take care of that. It’s been 6 months (calling and emailing every month) and they haven’t take care of this problem and now that bill was sent to collections afecting my credit for something that it’s not my fault. This is no just lack of responsability and accountability but a total disrepect for a patient. I definitely not recommend this place.
