If I could give this 10 stars, I would! I have an elderly dad who lives by himself about 30 miles away from me. He is fairly independent, but often forgets to take his meds. Medication Call Reminder provides the perfect answer. The system is set up to call my dad automatically three times a day with reminders to take his meds. If he doesn’t answer the phone after two tries, the system texts me so I can check in on him myself. This service is invaluable to me. It gives me peace of mind, and I think it would be useful for so many people. The reminders are absolutely wonderful, and the customer service is just as great! I was having difficulty recording my voice, and all it took was a quick email to put me in touch with John, the founder of the company. He responded within the day with suggestions and even ended up setting up a video call so I could share my computer screen with him. He was able to figure out a solution to the problem and guide me through exactly what I needed to do to get everything up and running in no time! I really appreciated his personal approach. It is uncommon to find such great customer service in today’s world. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

Fantastic service. My 90 year old mother was having difficulty remembering to eat all 3 meals and drink water. We set up a call reminder for her to hydrate and have breakfast lunch and dinner. It worked beautifully, my mother is remembering to have all of her meals and drink water. The medication call reminder service is a life saver… literally! This phone reminder service has been super helpful for my family. My dad had eye surgery and needed to take eye drops several times a day after the surgery. He was so grateful to have regular, reliable reminders to help him ensure he was taking his eye drops throughout the day.

One feature that I especially like is being able to record your own reminder- my dad said it was nice to hear my voice rather than just getting an automated call.

The customer service was above and beyond as well. I was able to set up a consultation call with John prior to signing up, where I was able to discuss my dad’s situation with him and get clarity on how the reminder schedule works; and after I signed up, I could email John with any questions I had. He was always prompt in replying and was incredibly helpful.

Overall, this phone reminder service has been a great source of support for my family. I would highly recommend this reliable service, especially to anyone who lives far away from their parent and can’t be there to help them all the time.

EXCELLENT! I was taking medication twice a day as prescribed by my doctor. He recommended I take it the same time every day but I thought it would be difficult due to my busy schedule. That's when I searched online to find Medication Call Reminder. It was easy to sign up and schedule my reminder calls. It even notified my daughter to let her know. Just bought this service last week for my mom. She has five different pill times a day and this has been fantastic as she forgot easily before. She and I both love the service. It calls her at the correct times and then texts me her response to taking her medications.

It has been a wonderful tool to remind my father to take his meds. We were facing a huge increase in his daily living costs and with this service he remembers to take his meds. I get notifications that he has gotten the call and he is happy that he still has his independence. Being able to record the call in my voice also helps him know it is me and not some robocall. Love this service and can not say enough about how helpful it has been. Try it for a few months and you will love it.

What an easy way to be reminded to take my medications. I chose to be reminded by text messages, but could easily change and receive a phone call. If I start taking a medication twice a day I can get another call or text at whatever time works for me. Great service, Affordable price, Great idea!
