This company is a joke. It’s hard to believe they provide services for people to become certified. The practice I work for had this company scheduled to come out to provide private training. Not only did their representative fail to get on the plane to come for the training day, but also never communicated the fact that she didn’t make the flight, so we were all at our practice waiting for her. It wasn’t until past the time we were supposed to start the training that we found out she wasn’t coming.

We reached out again to see if we could have someone come out to do the training, because we know things happen. Yet upon contacting the company again we were told that they are not confident that they have a staff member that’s reliable enough to come on a plane to preform the training.

How can a company that prides themselves on providing certification training not have a staff member that’s reliable enough to train another practice?

Take your business elsewhere and don’t waste your time on this company. They clearly don’t want to be bothers maintaining professionalism or reliability.
