Wow! Where do I start? !? It broke my heart to have to checkout at The Biltmore Hotel Miami today as I felt like I would never stay in this nice of a hotel again in my life. The staff are so amazing, kind and generous, that I truly felt at home and supported during my entire visit. They are so intimate and kind with each person they encounter and the resort was astonishing. Definitely a 5 star resort! If 6 Stars was a possibility I would say this is a 6 star resort. Every single detail is so esthetically pleasing! The craftsmanship and architectural design is stunning. I truly appreciated my stay at The Biltmore Hotel Miami. Amazing people, excellent food with a a very pleasing presentation and I want to give a personally shout out to the pool staff! I highly recommend this place to everyone! The Biltmore is the perfect little slice of heaven, very clean and the location was amazing. Definitely worth the price!

A great experience, like going back in time, so much history to this hotel, great staff, don't forget to visit the AL Capone suite if you can, and the beautiful ballrooms.
