Mega Cycle, Sunrise FL

Ridiculously poor service. I went to Mega Cycle with my son because his tire was flat. We were directed to the work area where there were 4 technicians. No one asked what we needed or even looked at us. Waited for 15 minutes, but could not get served or even recognized that we existed. Will never bring business here again and do not recommend this shop to anyone.

Awesome people and great service you won’t be disappointed I’ve been in the cycling community for 12 years now and I love these guys.

Just bought my first full suspension Bicycle and I’m very satisfied. Not only was the staff very friendly and helpful, but the price was right. Highly recommended you come by and visit their shop.

These dudes are on point! Excellent, quick service and more than happy to answer my questions. I was greeted immediately after walking in and had my bike being serviced shortly after. Mega cycle is my new “go to”

I’ve picked up 2 bikes in the last 2 months from Megacycle. Simon and staff have been very accommodating and assisted me with my first upgrade to my gravel bike. Communication was via email, but Simon was on top of everything making sure the entire process was completed and done in a timely manner. Amazing service. Will be back for the next upgrades soon.

Today My family and I went to Mega Cycle to browse for some bikes. The plan was to start here and hit a few other shops in Ft Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Miami to see what we liked best but that's not what happened. We walked in this store and was immediately greeted by Rafael, he was extremely friendly, patient, and actually listened to my needs and wants. I have yet to have this happen in any other bike store I have tried to buy a bike in since just before Covid hit. Besides Rafael, I also worked with too young men Christian and JeanCarlo. They were just as great. The entire staff worked with us for about an hour and a half and properly fit us for bikes and never tried pressure us into anything. They didn't try to oversell us either. They suggested we test ride a few of the bikes too which was great. We picked out two bikes but my son was unsure about the color. So we decided to go get lunch then come back. They actually offered to hold the bikes for us! They were not having a hard time selling bikes here either. While we were there two people came in and bought similar bikes that we were looking at so they could've easily sold these ones too I'm sure. We got lunch and hurried back, they got the bikes tuned up and ready for us and helped us get them loaded in our car. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and help, I received here. We had no need to, go anywhere else. This was one $2,400 purchase that I have zero regrets with. Thank you to this staff! We are customers now for ever!

Large inventory and wide selection of bikes (except for Dirt Jumpers) and accessories. Helpful sales staff. Confusing jumble of stores in this weirdly laid out shopping center.

Avid cyclist more than 10,000 miles a year. My bike is important to me and so is maintenance.

Great proactive service calls through the day we found this or something needs attending to.

And a phone call when ready to pick up which I could never get the T*** people to do I'd call 4 times to see if my bikes ready.

Great service. Frank was able to make all the modifications that I wanted on my old bike. He went above and beyond to search for and find all of the components I needed. My bike from the 90’s never felt so good.

We stopped in after riding at Markham Park although the store is not close to where we live. Somehow the seat bars on my son's 1 month old mountain bike, which was purchased out of state, bent completely out of shape such that they could not be straightened. We asked for their help with the Specialized warranty. Rafael explained it could take weeks and offered to replace the seat with one they had in the store because he had never seen this happen. Their help and generosity was much appreciated and we will definitely consider them when we are looking for new bikes.

Best bike shop ever since they are working on my Cannondale fully suspended Rize carbon one with a Lefty shock. Amazing professionalism and very courteous and knowledgeable!
They work with state of the art equipment and also help people like me with older incredible bikes. I have never seen a shop so versatile, whether I was living in Brooklyn or San Diego!

Don’t ever come to this place. They will actually sell your Bucio es and nor give them back to you!

What a horrible place! I brought my two bikes bicycles my wife and I wanted to get started again, and, due to work, I could not get back on time to pick them up.

When I came to pick them up, they had sold them.

I purchased a 2021 Specialized Diverge from Mega Cycle in Florida. Living in Lake Tahoe, California, I was a bit nervous about the shipping and processing. However, I dealt with Jeremy and I had the bike in my driveway in less than 1 week! Delivered and built as promised!
Excellent service and communication throughout the whole process and Jeremy was outstanding.

The customer service is nothing less than substantial. Simon and Raefel went above and beyond their measures to make sure we got what we were looking for based upon inconvenient circumstances.

I’ve used these guys a few times over the years and never had a problem with customer service or the service dept. I recently purchased a 2021 Levo Turbo and the staff were excellent in showing me everything about the bike. Highly recommend. Raphael was VERY responsive to any questions I had.

Customer Service is the highest value to me. Whenever my bike has a problem its usually discovered just before I need it on a weekend ride. Raffa @ Megacycle has Always found a solution to get me back on the gravel or trail asap. We have purchased 3 bikes there have referred them to all of our friends.

Bought a bike from them yesterday. I had to drive from 3 hours away to get it because they were the only shop in the state that had a stumpjumper comp alloy. Rode it right after and the front rotor was rubbing the brake after about mile 5 on the trail. Called megacycle and the shop owner said I could take it to my local shop and he would reimburse me so that I didn't have to drive 3 hours back down for them to do it. He didn't even hesitate and gave me his personal cellphone number. AWESOME customer service. Thank you.
