One of the worst most unprofessional businesses I have ever encountered. Be weary, there are far better pizza places out there.

Got a pizza and calzone. This food was authentic Italian. Family resturaunt, nice sitting area. Food and family were wonderful.

Always great food. People are very nice and friendly. Best pizza around. All of their food we tried is very good. No complaints. We go there frequently.

These are pictures of the ain chicken wings I ordered. $30 fpr a cheese pizza and 10 wings.
The order was messed up on the website and I ended up with no sauce which could be considered my fault even though I know I clicked the hot button. But even besides that you see the quality of Plain wings that I was given.
And then argued down and talked down to by the employees.

The worst pizza and calzone I've ever experienced. The pizza was dry, with very little sauce and completely covered with garlic powder. Who tops off pizza with garlic powder? It also had oregano, as did the calzone. Italian cooks only use oregano for certain meat, fish and vegetable dishes. These guys use it on everything, and overwhelming amounts. The calzone was about half an inch thick with maybe 2-3 spoonfuls of dry ricotta and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella. The pizza and the calzone we're both thrown in the trash. I did like the fried calamari, though I ordered 2 servings and only received one serving. Also lemon slices should be provided, which it was not. I will never order from Mega's Pizza again.

The pizza and mozzarella sticks are great but the customer service is awful! The older lady that is usually the one at the counter and answering the phone is very rude and snaps at you, every time I've had to deal with her she is like this and I've seen her so it to every customer that came in. I've been going here for years now but I think tonight was the last time because of her! They need to move her away from customers, she doesn't seem to want to be there at all!

I know I'm not the most easily impressed person. As someone who cooks Italian himself I was careful about picking my order when I walked into Mega's pizza. I wanted something simple. So I got stuffed shells. Then looked into the pictures of their food online. Surprisingly I did not hate what I was served. The shells were extremely basic but they were done well. I had ordered a second garlic bread instead of the side salad which by description sounded bland and uninteresting as a side. The garlic bread aside from not being as flavorful as my expectations, might also have been over portion. Seeing that you get four shells with sauce and 2 pieces of bread and in normal cases a salad whose only toppings are onion and tomato + dressing? I think it's safe to say anyone eating this meal will end on dry bread or a unfinished mediocre salad. I give this restaurant 3* because: the meal I had was unbalanced & ended not because I was full but because I couldn't stand eating more, sides I had and heard about lacked flavor, the main course I had, while made well, is beneath what I can make at home, and finally presentation is on par with a diner (where food is put on a plate and given to you as is) not with a restaurant.

Honestly the food is pretty good, very creative ideas on the pizzas and they all taste great. The wings are decent as well. However, their customer service is verrrrry trash. The lady who answers the phones needs to be in the back away from customers cause she’s very rude and short with conversation. If it wasn’t for the quality of food n being tired of the same bland big chain pizza spots; they wouldn’t be having my business.

Excellent pizza on any of the three crust choices! Friendly and wonderful service from a family owned and run business!

Had a stromboli and this was my first visit to this restaurant. Food and service were both very good.

Great food, great service, great people. We order from this place several times at my office and everyone just loves it. I've also dined in and the place is quaint and very clean. The food is always fresh and delicious. Best Lemon Pepper Wings in town, hands down.

Great family run pizza palor. If you want to support a local non chain pizza place then come here. The food comes out fast and is extremely tasty.

Went there today. Pizza was ok, but the customer service was rude! For that reason, I don't want to come back. From ordering to receiving my pizza. I even tried to say thank you (3 times) and all 3 times I was ignored. It's mainly the person I was dealing with. Which is the older lady. So if you do go, deal with the younger person. She has better customer service.

My family and I have been regular customers of Mega's for a quite some time. We've been ordering and supporting Mega's for at least 12-15 years. If you want and CRAVE authentic Italian food. This is the place, hands down! Calzones are magnificent! I love their Antipasta salad, absolutely delish. My kids love the spaghetti. Every time i come here or order delivery the customer service is on point! They are quick, food is ALWAYS hot! You cannot go wrong with coming here. The absolute BEST Italian food you will ever have in Jacksonville! Out of all the times I've ordered from them. I have ZERO complaints from Mega's. Yes it does seem pricey but it's worth every bit of what they charge. Believe me, if you haven't tried Mega's yet. Please do! You will not regret it a single bit.

I have been a very REGULAR CUSTOMER. Ordered my usual Sicilian Deluxe pizza. As always, very good. However, the chicken wings were TERRIBLE! They were SUPER HARD & dry! My family could not eat them. Gave them to our big dog. Mega's only offered 10% refund on our delivery order, not acceptable! If I had been a dine-in customer and received BAD wings like that, would have sent them back and not had to pay! 10% does not equal the price of the wings! NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS! Will no longer be a customer!

Down home cooking great people. After five years of having their food I called one day from my office and requested a Philly cheesesteak for them to deliver me a Philly cheesesteak they wanted me to spend $18 that was with a $5 fee for delivery what's the cost of gasoline I could understand but I will not be ordered from them anymore.
