Jodi is the sweetest and super helpful and was able to help get everything I needed! She made my experience with this whole pandemic quick and easy. SHE NEEDS A RAISE! So glad I came in here because used to come to this store but it was kinda run down and now it looks completely different! Very organized and clean and so easy to get what you need because Jodi gets you exactly what your looking for! Loved it please come on in they are open! This is an essential business due to this pandemic!

I liked my experience in the store, the staff was VERY knowledgeable and VERY helpful and friendly. 10/10 for the staff. I’m very disappointed in their exchange policy. Even though I know the store didn’t make this outfit and had no control over the quality of it, they should be more helpful in situations like this. I bought one of those box packaged outfits and I was very disappointed when I took it out of the packaging and the lace was all broken and strings were flying everywhere, I also purchased a pair of mesh tights that seemed very nice quality yet came already broken. Keep in mind I noticed all these things the second I took it out of the packaging so I didn’t even try it on. So I called and asked about it and all they said was that they couldn’t do anything to help me.

Update: I have visited twice after and the staff was knowledgeable. I believe the owner assisted my husband and I one of those times as well. On one occasion, I was a little lost and the male helping me pointed me to where I needed to go and also gave some suggestions.

I really use to like this store, but the staff could do a bit better. On one visit I spoke with a male, I assume the owner, and inquired about dental dams. He told me they were out and he should be getting some soon. I visited 2 more times to see if they had them in stock, on one occasion the female employee had no idea what a dental dam was. The last I visited was today, I called ahead to be sure the item was in stock to avoid wasting my time. I spoke with a different female than the one I spoke with last time. This female also didn’t know what a dental dam was, I proceed to explain what it was and I was told they had it in stock. I make my way over there and asked where I could find the dental dams. The female employee went to a back room, I assume to speak with another employee to see where the item is located. When she came back she told me they were actually out of stock. Now I now just showing up to a store and assuming something is in stock isn’t the best idea. I tried to do my part this time and I called ahead to avoid a 4th wasted trip. I would have rated this whole experience as a 1 star but this store is pretty decent.

I went to buy at the store after 11pm and a man who attended seemed to me his disparaging treatment to receive the money and then to give me my change almost in the air he gave it to me. He has no deal and I will not go to that place again.

The night before I bought a small vape the size of your finger and come to find out no air flow could go through it the next day I went back and spoke with a manager by the name of Steve, he explained that they couldn’t do refunds etc but the issue was that they didn’t have anymore of those vapes. It was the last one. So he found one about the same size etc but a different brand and gave me it because he didn’t want to lose a customer, all in all great customer service. Also there is a cashier I also spoke with by the name of Nicole who directed me to the manager who is very nice too.

Staff are very knowledgeable & friendly people. Pricing fair to high. Stellar to novel products. Some unexpected BDSM nuggets on last visit. I visited more than 3x

I was in the store on Tuesday night 12/26/17 looking for a a sexy strap-on. The young sweetheart behind the counter was super friendly, and went out of her way to answer my questions, ensuring that I got the right one. I went to this shop because the one that i tried was temporaly closed and being honest i have no regrets at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had fun looking around while they were showing me what i was looking for. Since now this is going to be my favorite shop. I would shop again soon!
