Great oil change experience the desk took my SUV and knew what kind of oil was needed they were kind and polite the mechanics Were amazing quick and I like the movie as I waited on my suv thank you Meineke for making my experience enjoyable.

Nobody likes to have to have their car repaired and the costs that are associated with it; but if you have the need this Meineke location is fantastic, reliable and top quality. I highly recommend them.

My vehicle. On a Saturday morning they attempted to do an alignment on my vehicle, they called and said you need to come down and look at this. It turns out now they say they can’t do an alignment. They attempted and the front end tech over tightened the bolts to the lower control arms and letting the cam shift and damage the ears around the cams.
I did show up with my mechanic who just changed the lower control ars the day before and it was not damaged.
The owner fused and said it was like that but we know Mr Woodrow was lying. I was under my vehicle the day before.
I’m very upset as this is going to cost me
To repair property. Terrible terrible service. Would not recommend.

First time customer, but definitely will be back. Needed to get back to work, but i needed an oil change. They brought me right in. Comfortable waiting area with a good movie playing. I think even my truck was feeling happy. The only complaint i have is, i couldn't enjoy the rest of the movie because the service was so fast.

I was in the middle of a late afternoon drive from Miami to Orlando for a work event the next morning and got a flat. Meineke was able to quickly get me a new tire and back on the road in less than an hour at the end of their business day. Definitely appreciate their quick work so I wouldn't miss my event. We ran over a tire stop when we arrived at our Wyndham Resort. Since our vacation was for only 3 days, we needed a quick fix and transportation. Meineke came through with flying colors.

Service was done exactly on time - which was to install a new door opener on the back passenger door. However, the color of the plastic does not match the other door handles, but it's an old car and I am just happy that it is done and works.
I am amazed that the work was done so quickly.

Had a flat tire. Was towed to this shop. They didn’t know how to change the tire without breaking the tire sensor. Had to have it fixed at dealership at a cost of $389. They don’t know what they are doing.

Arrived 90 minutes early for my oil change appointment but Dean and his staff took care of me in a timely manner. Everyone was courteous and I was on my way. And the charge for my synthetic oil change was surprisingly low too. Will definitely go back again.

Had an oil change, my 3rd time using them. Always great service. Refreshments are always available.

I came here about 2 months ago when I bought a used car and asked them to tell me all what was wrong. I was told I needed brakes, two tires - tired looked new but Woodrow convinced me they were not, axle, oil change and valve cover gasket because of an oil leak. When all of that was done, they gave me my car back with the abs light on. I had to come back then suddenly my ac didn't blow cold air. I asked to have the two tires back that they told me was dry rot and Woodrow told me they were already in the tire bin. I felt scammed because I told them to do all these repairs because I thought he was honest and telling me the truth and after they were all done and I was assured that nothing else was wrong with my car, I found over $2000 worth of things that I was told needed to be done. I FOUND ANOTHER MECHANIC BECAUSE I FELT ROBBED! I'm a single woman and can't afford this!
ALSO, They rigged my drain plug AFTER I paid for the complete oil change, in which another shop told me may be why car still leaks oil. I feel charged for things that I didn't need. I never went back!
