Terry, Chris, and Morgan do a great job meeting the needs of the customer. I had a unique set of wheels I wanted to adapt to my car and they were patient and worked confidently to ensure the proper fit. Thanks guys.

Excellent Service! I normally take my cadillac to the dealership for maintenance but always pay the price for it too. I had a brake line leak and had my car towed to Meineke. I made this decision after looking online at the reviews. I spoke to Sam on the phone and when I arrived Terry helped me while my car was getting off the tow truck. I left it with them and got a call from Terry telling me the estimate of repairs. I felt the repair was very reasonable! Terry mentioned that I needed rear brakes. I knew this already because I just got front brakes not to long ago. Terry gave me the estimate on rotors and pads etc. I have to say the estimate for that too was very good, Needless to say I had the work done. My wife and I have a place now to take our cars. This is so much closer than Southside blvd and since we live at the beach we like to support our local businesses. They have a bonus program that really is awesome, I've already accumulated enough points with this visit for a FREE air filter or wiper blades and other awesome stuff. Took my car in for overheating. They replaced my water pump, radiator, thermostat and temperature sensor. They did a great job. Thank you Terry, Chris and William.

They thoroughly checked my tire for a leak. They noticed the dealer had install the directional tires on the wrong side. My tires are fine now.

Their staff was very insightful in addressing my cars issues with its starter. I would definitely recommend their service

Terry was awsome… had a spark plug and coil issue… he kept me apprised of the repairs… they needed to do extra work after the spark plug change did not work, so appreciate they tested the fix before retiring the vehicle most recent issue was metal in tire which they plugged

Do not use for oil change. Try to upsell you everything. What was dropped off for 100 oil change turned into a 2200+ estimate for multiple others services including $90 for replacement window wipers. $90! The exact wipers on Amazon were $20.

Best around! My auto tech Jaylin was the best, very professional guy! Took care of my truck and my tires very good price! And always communicate with me on my truck let me know he check it out and made sure there was no other issues…will tell all my family and friends about my service I highly recommend him if you need anything done to your car give them a call best in Jax bch for sure thanks buddy! 5 stars

Took my 2013 Mini in for std oil change. The mechanic indicated we needed a new oil pan gasket. The cost quoted was approximately $700. Took to the mini dealer to get a second opinion. Mini dealer said needed repair was just the oil pan nut was missing the O-ring washer. Mini also indicated that the oil filter did not appear to be changed at the Meineke oil service. Everything now works perfect and no oil leaks. Be careful. UPDATE: Mini Dealer cost for oil pan nut O-ring $0 (said should have been part of any oil change service review). Just had to pay Mini dealer for another oil change with an new oil filter, $99.
