I am so glad I chose to go to Dr. Aya-ay for my breast reduction. Before seeing Dr. Aya-ay, I had gone to three consultations with different surgeons, but none felt like a good fit. Dr. Aya-Ay is extremely talented and I couldn’t be happier with my breast reduction. I had chronic neck and shoulder pain, rashes and all the problems that come with oversize breasts. I was so nervous but from consultation, before and after surgery, she was wonderful. I feel like a new woman! I was diagnosed 2 days after my 33rd birthday with Breast Cancer & my Breast Surgeon Oncologist referred me to Dr. Melanie Aya-Ay & her team. I was very nervous, but instantly felt at home and extremely cared for. Dr. Aya-Ay & her NP Emily’s knowledge was extensive and comfort. I had a double mastectomy with Phase 1 tissue expanders placed and there was not a doubt it my mind I wasn’t in the best hands. Due to some skin necrosis, which Dr. Aya-Ay predicted my first visit, I went under again 2 weeks later. I will receive my final reconstruction this September, but I can tell you… Dr. Aya-Ay & Emily have truly given me my confidence back, and then some. I give her every bit of credit!
