The absolute worst doctor and nurse practitioner! I've had 19 surgeries in 6 years. I live with severe chronic pain. I've been a patient of rosenblatts for about a year. They've done nothing to help manage my pain. They are very arrogant and condescending. I called the office 6 times to get my prescriptions. I've called rosenblatt directly and I've also left a message on Shelley the nurse practitioner vm. Not one person has called me back. It's been weeks! Not one return call. THEY DON'T CARE!
Do not waste your time!

The care is excellent! The staff is kind, patient and sincere. Just recently the office has been swamped with new clients and the wait time to be seen is exceptionally long! Bring a book!

Totally scum back doctor, seems like she was never in pain, just keep pushing her procedures to milk your insurance as much as possible, to collect more $$$, if you have a chronic pain don’t go there, because she doesn’t care that you are suffering

From the moment I entered Pain Strategies office I knew I was in a good space. Every aspect of the waiting room was designed to provide the most effective covis environment. From the temperature station technology (I just stood in front of a panel lined up my face with the screen and my temperature was recorded. The waiting room had panels between each seat. Something I'd never encountered before. The entire staff were upbeat, friendly, helpful all the while holding to very professional service. Dr. Rosenblatt was able to help me with my issues. Her PA, Shelly and the Office Manager Barbara helped co-ordinate the plan and made sure every question I had was answered. I left Dr. Rosenblatt's office
Positive and confident in my treatment plan.

Terrible experience after back surgery. Refused to give additional meds over a 4 days weekend. Terrible customer service.

I called the main office of Dr. Melanie Rosenblatt and spoke with the office manager named Susan who gave me an appointment for October 26,2020 at 9: 30AM and I was told in no uncertain terms that the appointment would be a "no-charge consulation" to see if this doctor could be of any help with my medical issue. I made sure that this was a no-charge visit after being told by Susan that Dr. Rosenblatt did not accept insurance for the type of medication that I was requesting to be prescribed for an indefinite time period.

I show up at the office right on time and was told by the very unfriendly receptionist that I needed to pay a $35 co-pay. After requesting that the receptionist call her manager Susan, she does so while I am standing their listening to her conversation about their personal matters that did not apply to my health concerns. I then had to call Susan myself and it was at this point that she changed her story and claimed that I "misunderstood" her and that she meant "no cost to me accept for my co-pay". This was total nonsense as I reiterated the point with her several times prior to confirming the appointment. She has proven herself to be a total liar in my opinion.

Since ultimately, Rosenblatt (what a name) is responsible for the representations made by her employees on behalf of her entire health practice, I hold her accountable for the total waste of my time and fuel in driving to her office.

If you want to be lied to and given a bait-and-switch appointment as I was, feel free to give her office a call and I am sure that she will accomodate you by wasting your time as she did mine.

Avoid. You have been warned.

Dr Rosenblatt, is always kind and caring. Our Tele-Visit today was done very easily. In my case, it is a perfect alternative, to in person visits, which will slowly, become a thing of the past. Thanks Again

I am recuperating at North broward hospital getting physical therapy for some serious fractures after getting hit and run over by a truck. I could not walk. After 8 days, I was transferred here from broward medical center where I was treated before and after my surgery with pain medicine every four hours which helped greatly. The minute I arrived at this North broward rehab facility hospital where Dr Rosenblatt is resident pain management dr, I was taken off the pain medicine but I was still on a pain medicine I take for my two forms of arthritis.

Have been taking an elderly family member to Rosenblatt for epidural procedures. Dr. Rosenblatt was beyond rude when I asked if I should put ice on her back, heat, tylenol. She screamed "nothing" at me. Then she said ice and bring her back in two weeks. Regardless the second set of shots did not work. She didn't offer to do an x-ray or mri. Her front desk manager was scatter brained and would leave messages but wouldn't answer calls. We have decided to change doctors. Her bedside manor was the worst I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that cares. This one needs an attitude adjustment.
