7I'm not sure exactly what they do other than collect a paycheck. I live in a neighborhood where the city owns part of it in the grass right now is up to my knee apparently they have no scheduling for knowing this grass!
Pave the roads like Aurora Rd.and North Dr.and Hibiscus to name a few. Ellis Rd. Also many more. What are we paying property tax for?
The clerk's office has been very kind and helpful with getting our business tax receipt. Super happy to be providing podcast studio production and in a great city like Melbourne.
I went to start the water in my condo. They were very nice and helpful and friendly.
The apitamy of dysfunction, they are NOT customer friendly. The entry level employees to are great, I feel sorry for them because of the leadership lacking critical thinkings and strong leadership. There are state statues that are not followed. Get EVERYTHING in writing if there is a dispute.
As city hall's go, it is a nice building run by professionals. Making a good effort to welcome the public while keeping everyone safe.
Would be nice if they could fix the police department. They are the most lacks department I have ever seen. People go 60 in 45mph zone all over city. FYI melbourne police dept the state has a new cell phone law.
