Over the last year Mellinger Law has represented me legally and guided me through a series of projects. With their guidance, I have renegotiated my residential mortgage, and contracted with one firm for replacement of my windows, doors, and skylights. With another company, I have negotiated and contracted to replace much of my roof. And with still a third company, I have planned and committed to installation of a full solar system for our house. Each of these transactions involved different legal entities, negotiation, and legal contracts. With all four transactions, I have worked with Darin Mellinger and his colleague attorney Terry Colavecchio in Darin's firm.
