My friends and I love to try out new places and this bar was perfect for a girls night out! We were excited to try new wine flavors and this place did not disappoint. I loved catching up with my friends here as it was very classy. They even had food which I am thankful for since I got hungry while I was there! I recommend trying their All American Gourmet Slider. Super delicious!

We celebrated My daughter's BD there on Oct. 7. Food excellent same as service. I will recommend it. We had Tapas and wine.

Love this place. It’s a great a hang out place. The staff, food and wines are amazing. Mike always has great recommendations on the wines. If you love wine and taps come check them out.

Kudos to Mike, as a Business owner I see details to attention all the time, my wife and I were impressed to see how Mike take care of his business, after seeing a few things that caught my attention, Mike took charge and we love his attitude, this is what business is all about, he came to our table and personally paid attention to our concern, this is our 3rd time here, and it will not be the last, Mike and company are amazing, I wrote a review with 3 stars, but I was wrong, within minutes Mike came to my table and boy he listened, he treat us with respect, never seen an owner doing this before. We as business owner in a similar field, recommend Vacillate 100% fantastic, unique, way to go Mike.love your actitud. Pura Vida.

Went yesterday for happy hour. Discounted drinks were nice, music and vibe are very relaxed. Cool hole in the wall type of place with lounge sofas and chairs to relax with friends

This is by far the best wine bar in Kendall. Phenomenal Sommelier service by their owner Mike.

Great little place. Nice ambiance, good foods and drinks. Last minute Friday night date night to a local spot was not a miss for the hubs!

We are always looking to explore new mom and pop businesses in the area and happy we gave this location a shot. The flavor to all the food was on point! I was in the mood for shrimp and can say for me that was the stand out item of our meal but for my wife it was the meatballs. The shrimp had a fire grilled taste with a flavorful garlic seasoning. The meatballs were juicy and tender with a great meat flavor with a dash of sweet sauce. I have to mention we also got the Parillada Picada that cant be left without mention. The meat and chicken were perfectly grilled and truffle fries were amazing. The only thing I could say was not ideal is the sausage needed a little more time on the grill for more of a char but that is just personal preference. I would highly recommend this place to eat when you are looking for a sharable meal to pair with some drinks.

On 2/12/22 my friends and I had a very pleasant experience at Vacillate Wine and Beer Bar. Starting off with the excellent service provided by our server Antonella. The cherry on top for our experience was the very delicious Tapas by Lucy. Lucy actually stopped and chatted with us for a few minutes. We had such a great time that we are actually going back today! I highly recommed dining here with friends and family!
