Lauren has helped me for the past 4 year address my scapular pain with deep tissue massage. From trigger point therapy to cupping, she consistently tailors her massage to address my main areas of concern. Lauren is professional, a continual learner in her field, and goes above and beyond. Plus, she uses multiple warm towels which is comforting and helps loosen up my back muscles. Lauren's massages are the best!

Lauren is a miracle worker. First massage in like 2 years and so overdue. I wanted deep elbow work and she delivered in spades. Asked me everything she would need to know about my body mechanics and paid special attention to my hurt rib. She checked in on all of my needs and welcomed me to ask for whatever I might need, including glucose tablets for my type 1 Diabetes. Would heartily recommend Lauren!

I can’t believe I haven’t written an official review sooner, but if you’ve ever met me I’m sure I’ve already told you about Lauren. I’ve been seeing Lauren for more than two years now. She is without a doubt the most talented massage therapist I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot of fantastic therapists). Lauren combines excellent knowledge of anatomy and technique with an intuitive and highly empathetic approach. Seriously, it’s like magic. Through the chaos of 2020 and lots of personal health issues, Lauren has literally kept my body going and I am forever grateful that she shares her talents with us. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Lauren's massage was fantastic. The pressure was perfect and her neck work left me feeling so much better and more mobile. Her office is clean, quiet and had plenty of parking. I really appreciated the thoughtful choices of essential oils too. She is a true professional and I will be back for another massage soon.

Lauren is wonderful! She worked with me for an hour and a half and it was the most relaxing and recharging experience I've had in a long time. She's very friendly and professional and takes the time to make sure that every part of your time is comfortable, from the oils she used to any body issues or medical concerns I had.

The massage itself was amazing, from scalp to toes. She moves fluidly and transitions smoothly between relaxing work to deeper massage and from location to location.
