This apartment has an HOA that worries about parking and towing but not the neighbors playing loud music (with a dj and mic) outside and popping fireworks at almost 2 in the morning. Why do I have to call the cops to enforce the noise ordinance. You don't know if it's fireworks or gunshots. This is Allapatah, after all. Limited parking. You may have to park on the street where you increase the chance of your car getting broken into. This is best suited for the older crowd who is retired. It reminds me of a nursing home.
