7The front desk team was very pleasant. The doctor was on time, no long waiting. He was straight to the point. Definitely a great doctor visit.
Staff very nice and helpful, doctor takes his time with and explains things, you feel comfortable going.
I have been to several Memorial locations. Monarch Lakes by far is the best of them. This is the first time in years that I actually have an appointment that was on time. The staff was friendly and Dr. Ramsaran is attentive and caring. I’d recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful wonderful staff. I highly recommend them. They are a very well oiled machine, all working together in unity but more importantly the beautiful attitude and demeanor they display. It’s truly a pleasure to visit my doctor who I also highly recommend.
