Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, Cape Coral FL

What a great frozen yogurt shop or ice. Cream shop to take the kiddos the family or just go hang out on a date at. Bright cherry airy plenty of windows plenty of seating and the young ladies at the front counter are just lovely always providing smiles and top caliber of customer service. I'm very picky where I go and menchies in pine island rd is my go to spot to endure in cake batter and now there's pumpkin froyo totally delightful! The fruit bar is awesome and the brownies delish. Thank you ladies for providing for cape coral such a great place for teenagers families and everyone to enjoy refreshingly healthy treats. God bless you all

We have been regulars now for about 2 years. Every time we come into this location it’s always super clean, friendly staff, and all around great recommendations! I’ve never thought to write a review until we met the owner today! Menchies is the all around perfect date night or family outing!

I absolutely loved it. The shop is clean with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Toppings were fresh and delicious. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and friendly, I just can’t say enough about them. Will definitely be returning. It was the best treat on a typical Florida day

Menchies is literally so freaking good when I walked in the door I was greeted by two wonderful kind faces they made me feel like I was at Willy Wonka‘s chocolate factory.my personal fav flavor is pineapple and when they told me that the pineapple swirled with coconut was like a Piña colada UGGHh LET ME TELL YOU SOOOOOOOOO Scrumdiddlyumptious!

Vegan froyo, Dairy free, sugar free mom is a diabetic so the vanilla with no sugar added and strawberry swirl is what she has. The no sugar added options do taste the same as every other froyo flavor so is terrific (There are two vanillas fyi this one has stevia and monk fruit super tasty and it doesn't spike her sugar) Healthier option then ice cream which is what my family and I love about menchies as well. The fruit toppings are always fresh love the pineapple n raspberries and the caramel turles. My son has a gluten intolerance and he knows whenever he comes to this menchies in pine island rd in cape coral he can enjoy a delicious frozen yogurt treat. He has the door pineapple sorbet the best. I have a dairy allergy and their frozen yogurt just hits the spot every time. My favorite flavor now is pineapple. I think is like 20 calories! Great shopping center and location. We typically go to Panera bread right next door and then head over here and keep it healthy all around. I am counting down the days for the acai cups to roll out! The outside seating is plenty now as with covid seating was incremented outside or maybe it just seems that way. The waffle cones are delicious for folks who like that option. I heard the dole whip which is like a delicious looking milkshake only healthier with the same taste is also a favorite of my nieces and nephews. Post covid menchies looks refreshed and much livelier indoors and outside too. Seating outside is for like 15 I think and inside there are tables too. The dole whips which is like a shake but better are amazing here. I tried it for the first time after having my frozen yogurt treat and I think I'm hooked! The place is also spotless so that's important because is a place I also love to bring the kiddos to.

Not sure if it was the manager or the owner I met at menchies on pine island today but their customer service was above and beyond!

I can honestly say for the price and for what you’re getting it’s pretty darn good.
Not too many options, but what you’re getting tastes so good.
The owner is friendly and very interactive with the customers, walked us through everything. Gonna be one of my spots to stop at when I visit Florida again. Enjoy!

Took my daughter here after eating Panera for lunch. While the frozen yogurt is tolerable, we saw ants by the topping bar. Rude platinum blonde employee in the front. Toppings were out and fruit disgusting. Disappointed. While my four year old enjoyed, any adult could see the problem at this location.

Huge shoutout to the owner! She was welcoming, friendly, and gave us recommendations on yogurt and toppings! She even wiped down the machines and counters after each set of customers to ensure cleanliness. Amazing service and TONS of toppings. 10/10 recommend!

My first time at Menchie’s and it was a great experience. Bree greeted me with a huge smile and a cheerful “Welcome to Menchie’s! ” Brooke showed me the process, she was great (and funny)! It was also very clean, festive and welcoming. Now we get to the best part. The amount of flavors and toppings they have is incredible. Nuts, fruits, candies, fudges, brownies - I was awestruck! My choice was a chocolate dipped waffle chip, vanilla frozen yogurt topped with fudge, caramel and whipped cream. Honestly, you would never know that you weren’t eating ice cream, it was delicious! BUT, the chocolate dipped waffle chip, OH MY GOODNESS! Best waffle chip I’ve ever had, you could tell it was fresh and I couldn’t get enough! Check out was easy and quick, Bree was so friendly and polite. I would have posted a picture, but I ate it all in the car on the way home! Already planning my next trip back to try some of the other flavors!

10/10 experience, owner was super informative and interactive. Wide variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings, with plenty of vegan options! Honestly, I haven't been to a place with as many vegan options as this one, which was super cool.

In early July I came in with my elderly mother in early afternoon to get Menchies as a treat before a doctors appointment. We felt like trying something new and landed in Menchies. The yogurt was good. I tried the cheesecake and my mom tried the sugar free strawberry. We landed in the topping section and the toppings were either empty or poorly spilled everywhere. My mom went to get fruit on hers and it was either bad or mushy. The sauce topping was good but I was very disappointed. The girl in the morning was quiet and made my joking mom uncomfortable. I see others have had the same issue and the owner has resolved this with the fact they are “new owners” but based off my last experience I see this is a common theme. Please get it together.

The manager at the place took such good care of me and my friends it’s a 10/10 for me along side that the yogurt was AMAZINGGGG

Awesome place for frozen yogurt! Not only is this place good it has a very nice environment. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner today and she was such a welcoming and sweet woman. She kept busy greeting me and other customers as well as keeping the place clean. She even gave me a special! Love the great vibe here. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been to Menchies several times and always have a great experience coming to this location! There’s always kind workers who explain the flavors of the month and the new toppings they have in store! Store is always really clean and everything is always stocked up. Definitely would recommend coming here if you haven’t been already!

Everything about this place is a 10 /10 the atmosphere, vibes, and customer service not to mention clean and colorful would so recommend going on a first date or hangout with friends here
