My boys love menchies and so do I so many toppings for the family and the cashier Francesca was so so friendly. They had dairy free flavors no sugar added flavors like vanilla and no sugar added strawberry too. Home run. Loved the vibes. Calculated the calories since I'm calorie counting and an entire cup is 250 calories for 10 ounces of the dole pineapple. 10 oz is like a huge cup full. The interior decor is just lovely and modern is just cute as a button! Menchie's is the frozen yogurt treat to take the kiddos to and the big kids as well (us adults) I have been around to different ice cream shops and the decoration is top notch vs everything we have seen. 14 different flavors 21 with the swirl option which is the middle lever on the machines. Love the classic chocolate and vanilla swirl. Mi Will certainly be back!

They are featuring vegan dairy free flavors pineapple and watermelon terrific toppings friendly cashier! They did have a sugar added strawberry one for diabetics or folks like me just watching my sugar intake and no sugar added vanilla too. Waffle cups are made fresh daily and the one with peanuts and chocolate is divine!
All kosher frozen yogurt and also gluten free flavors and original tart too if you enjoy Greek yogurt. This is goodness in a cup. Diverse working atmosphere and is refreshing to see a baby boomer working the store because I am one and we're awesome. 14 flavors delish toppings for the family and vegan flavors fruit bar is diverse. This Fort Myers market square across from Bell tower location is open Fri sat till 1030 pm which is terrific! Gluten free and kosher frozen yogurt. Vegan flavors and even no sugar added flavors as well for diabetics. They truly believe love is the answer and you can see it by the actions of the gal and gentlemen at the front that are part of their awesome team. Most of the time they have strawberry boba especially on the weekends and most recently brownies as well as Reese's! The store is always clean and the gals at the front are trained to be super friendly and always welcome you with a smile and a welcome to menchies. Family atmosphere and the kids always look happy pouring their favorite mix. Our hats off to Menchies Fort Myers inside the Market square shopping center next to Starbucks for doing a phenomenal job!

Wow effect experience! The flavors of vanilla snow and chocolate mania swirl are my favorite. Cashier super nice. Toppings are yummy! Family atmosphere friendly cashier took great care of us. They have sample cups so one can try flavors before choosing the one you like.my mom had the no sugar added strawberry and no sugar added vanilla and it did not spike her sugar so it's the real deal for diabetics. I feel this is one of the most well rounded ice cream shops well it's frozen yogurt even better in the entire Lee county area. They're consistent with their level of service always friendly and there are over 34 dry toppings to choose from including white Hershey's chocolate chips and gluten free gummy bears and marshmallow sauce. Kiddos love it! Menchies offers two new flavors every month so for the month of October they will be releasing pumpkin spice and sugar cookie I think I was told today. Totally looking forward to it. Great date night joint. The fruit bar today had strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberry boba, brownies, chocolate covered strawberries and Oreos, mochi and much more. They rotate the kiwi and mango as they're not always in season I was told. Mon had no sugar added strawberry frozen yogurt option. 5 stars all around. Great cakes!

So happy the no sugar added vanilla and also no sugar added strawberry (great for diabetics or folks like me watching their sugar intake doing the keto diet or kids) They also have gluten free kosher frozen yogurt cakes that are made with all frozen yogurt great for the family. Always kosher for our Jewish friends. Love their warm caramel sauce and for gluten free lovers their gummies and marshmallow sauce is gluten free. The waffle cups are always made fresh as the place always smells delicious as they're making them on the spot when we walk in with the family. Just a wonderful 5 star frozen yogurt experience. I just found out you can have made a gluten free all froyo no cake base and that the icing is gluten free too yum yum. So basically is like a carvel cake just froyo cake much better. You can't beat it at $38 with a picture of your child on it if you wish. We had it done that way but you can also select from hundreds of cake pics and designs and give the cashier the code and they can make it that way too. 5 stars keep up the amazing work performed in Lee county.

Very friendly, amazing flavours and toppings.easy and delicious.only thing is, that it lacks of fresh fruit.the only ones available are strawberries and banana.

Closed again in the middle of Wednesday. Machines don’t work half the time, and the place is usually closed when you try to make a random visit. Took a photo for proof this time for the owner who thinks im lying.

I don’t quite understand the excuses. I’m pretty sure one person can receive a truck for a small yogurt shop, while another runs the register. It just seems like you guys have the absolute worst customer service for the locals that work and live nearby. Your food is great, but the consistent customer service fails by a long shot. There have been many Times i come in and multiple Machines are down as well.

I make these complaints with the hopes that one day you could serve frozen yogurt on a consistent basis, but you have been failing to do that all year long. You’ve definitely lost my business along with other locals as well. You’re never open at the times your business suggest, and there is always an inconvenience when visiting this location. In fact, i wouldn’t have even bothered posting this review if your “we will be back at this time” was accurate but you just threw it up there with some random inaccurate time. Maybe have an ACTUAL sign that states you’re closed and will be back at a certain time. Again, just another example that you really don’t care to serve premium customer service like you should.no care for

She made me feel so comfortable the moment i walked in.she told me about all the new flavors and i ended up getting a mixture of all three! I have been going to various Menchie’s locations throughout the country for well over a decade. This might have been my favorite visit yet. The owner was running the register and was so sweet. I was listening while she was giving the other customers all sorts of information — from the freshly made waffle cones she’d made to information about the different flavors (e.g, the Keri friendly flavored, etc.). The location was well maintained and clean. And as mentioned, impeccable service. I’ll definitely be back again.

Owner is outstanding. Absolutely will come back because of her. Very clean and the new no sugar vanilla is literally the most delicious froyo I’ve ever had. 10/10

Been buying from them for quite some time, I wish they were closer to my house. I must say everytime that we have been there their frozen yogurt is excellent! Great variety of flavours, my favorites ones are dulce de leche and cake batter! And also they have so many toppings to choose from.if you’re in the area do yourself a favor and please your tastebuds with this place you will not regret it!

This place is great for introverts. You just walk in. Get your cup. Pick your frozen yogurt add your toppings. Set it on the scale for weighing for pricing. Then pay. They have several lactose free options!
