I don't know what you are talking about the service was bad
I have bought two suits from men's palace now and each time was a great experience, they are knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. I had a problem with my suit after the fact and they fixed it no questions asked. I will not go anywhere else for my formal wear needs.

Return policy sucks they were going to charge me $15 to fix pants that fell apart basically within 2 days of wearing them… Mind you the pants were $50+
Last minute shopping for homecoming. They had sizes, colors, everything we needed! Impressive Big and Tall selections AND they took the already amazing service a step further and hemmed his pants right then and there. While I was expecting to come back to pick them up later that day! So impressed.
Where to begin. My father ordered a suit from sister store in Port Charlotte. That store closed due to Hurricane Ian. During that time no one had contacted my dad about his suit and the next steps. I frantically found the Naples store email address and emailed it without hope. Well let me tell you, Ed is incredible. Not only did Ed call me from the Naples store within 5 minutes of my email, he also had my dads suit routed to my house 7 days before the wedding. The great customer service did NOT stop there. I opened the suit and the wrong vest was sent. I went ahead and text Ed to say what can be done. Again called me within minutes and had the vest sent to my house directly. If this is not the epitome of great customer service, I am not sure I will ever know what is. Ed took a panicked bride and solved every single thing I sent his way. If you need a suit, please check them out. You will be 100% satisfied and taken care of like you are the only person that matters. I cannot write enough rave reviews about this company. Thank you for making my big day less stressful.
