My boyfriend and I came in to look for a suit for him to begin work with and had no clue where to begin. The whole experience began horribly with an older heavy-set sales person being very aggressive and condescending. He did not take us seriously at all just because neither of us had any experience with purchasing a suit before and needed extra help, instead making a comment about how "we were not prepared to make a purchase". After giving this person as much patience as we could, we decided to leave and go to Jos A. Bank where we purchased a suit instead with significantly better service. Don't waste your time here.

I used this men’s warehouse to set up tux’s for my brothers wedding and I can’t even put into words how great the process with them was. There were two ladies that helped me they were sisters and I can’t remember their names but they made it so easy and they ran that store so seamlessly the entire time I was there. You could tell the store was extremely understaffed but that didn’t stop them from giving me the best service and help. I will use this specific store every time I need to make arrangements for tux’s or suits from now on. Thank y’all so much!

Dont bother going unless you wear a mask, in a state that does not have a mandate. I was ready to spend quite a bit of money for some updated clothing, but decided I would give it to a business that wanted it such as Dillard's. Not questioned 1 time about a useless face diaper.

I stopped by to look at tuxedo rental options. The customer service was rushed and impersonal. I recommend Michael's Formalwear instead.

No help in getting items purchased in March and they have no clue when they might open their store. The website is no help in getting any information. Most other stores and are open, restaurants are at 50% capacity but they are still holding items hostage.

Shannon, Elyse and Serena provided outstanding service during our visit. They all did an amazing job in making us feel welcome and happy with our visit, despite only having a few people working due to the Covid restrictions and the fact that our wedding is in less than 3 weeks. Making sure we were satisfied was their top priority and they handled everything flawlessly. We greatly appreciated their advice, their help, and their fantastic attitudes the whole time we were there. I can not recommend this location enough solely due to the experience we had with these employees.

Good experience. I don't like shopping for clothes. But Jamie was fast and I liked what he put together for me. So, a win. I'd go back.

Excellent service. I had two of their managers giving me ideas on socks, ties, shoes, and belts to add to my sport coat, pants, and shirt I brought in. They weren't busy and got me in and out quick and lookin good. Thanks.

Employees were all friendly and greeted upon arrival, woman at the rental counter was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything to me even though I had set up my rental with another location and she wouldn't really get any credit for it. Very glad I came in and will use that location should I need to purchase anything in the future!

A fine selection of bowties. And I appreciate that the sales woman gave me my space to sample the wares.
