I went to buy a suit for my new job. I only had about 45 minutes to do so (I’m a last minute shopper kinda guy. Lol). But with the help and guidance of Ms. Gloria! She had looking so good and professional. Compliments from everyone because of her! Thank You so much Gloria! I will be back soon!

I went in for a suit & pants on several occasions. I went back 3-4 different times for the suit for it not to be done then the pants weren’t fitted correctly. Put it past me and then they lost a pair of pants, had to replace them which was fine but and still hadn’t finished the other pairs done.

The man I spoke to who was some type of assistant manager/etc came off as trying to get me off the phone quickly. I’m sure everyone there isn’t to blame on this but this was a bit much. Some of the staff are very helpful but I probably wouldn’t go back.

Tried to handle this with the customer service line and somehow the manager there does not remember this happening or else I wouldn’t even do this.

Came here to get a suit for my wedding. I was helped by Rudy who was awesome. I ended up getting a great deal since they were having a special: buy one get one free. The suit was on time and the alterations were perfect. I'd recommend this place to anyone in need of a suit for any occasion.

Went to this place 30 min before closing and they said they couldn’t helped us because it was too late.what class of costumer service is this? We just needed information about renting the suits for my groomsmen and they literally told us to leave.

Abysmal. We received poorly fitted suits for our groomsmen from Men Wearhouse. Suits were horrible, didn’t fit, and the service was abysmal. Never go there, unless you want to be disappointed. I&A FormalWear is a lot better.

The ASM Scott Cook helped give me the best customer service experience ever! He knew the best possible combination for me for my senior prom and I couldn’t be happier with my new suit combo!
