Men's Wearhouse, Panama City Beach FL

I made an appointment for a wedding tux fitting months ago for 4 people. Despite this, it took forever to be helped and when we were helped, the man didn't want to help us out. I am so tired of companies not respecting customers who they think won't buy anything. I came here to get a tux so why wouldn't you help? We had go pull information out of this man but we have never gotten tuxes before so we didn't know what to ask. Also, if you are renting go somewhere else. This place isn't meant for renting. Anything in the store is for buy only and there is just a small catalog for rentals, even though that is probably what they sell most of. Why would I rent something I can't try on and see if it looks good? I wish someone had told me this before I drove all the way out here for a waste of time and poor customer service. Don't waste your time or your money, go find somewhere else that actually wants you to know what you're getting. Mens Wearhouse- maybe it's time to revamp your stores to include tux rentals for you know, some of the big events like weddings, prom, funerals.

Excellent customer service.

I walked in looking to purchase two suits. I left there with 2 full suits, shoes, bowties, and ties. Michaelan was very friendly and helpful from the instant I walked in. She even took her time to show me what matched since I definitely don't trust myself in that department. Ulga took all my measurements and marked my suits for alterations. Very professional all around. Thank you Ladies!

Rented AND paid for a tux. Store shut down due to the "global crisis" Left us without a tux for a wedding! No call or arrangement to pick up the paid in full tux. Ridiculous! Never again will this store get any business from us!

I had a great experience. Last minute Chamber of Commerce dinner and me without a suit. The awesome team in North Pier Park made me a great deal on a suit and had it altered for me the next day. They were so helpful, even tied my tie for me so I only had to slip it over my head. Thanks for the great experience.

I was very hesitant at first but Alex listened very well to my questions and concerns. He made me feel very comfortable and got me into a very nice outfit exceeding my expectations. He worked with some stuff I already had and never tried to up sell me. As a matter of fact the whole team chipped in a little bit as they walked by. In addition to Alex being a rock star the whole team seemed genuine and sincere.
I am so glad I walked out of Dillard’s.

Horrible not only did they not have the color or should I say colors I was was looking for they didn’t have anything to show as well. They need a better selection of things everyone doesn’t just wear blue or black. I can’t believe I was recommended to this place.

Nice suits but pushy sales people and our sales person got a very bad attitude when alteration lady came out to fit a suit. Not sure why our sales person got so upset but it was obvious and made us want to walk out without buying anything. I think he had an idea of what he wanted to sell us and he kept trying to add things for us to buy. Not a great experience at all.
