Horrible neither the associate or manager can give a proper response in the status of my In store purchase/order. I’ve elevated this to corporate and found out that corporate is in Houston which is great cause I’m in Houston quite frequently. At 11am Blame said Leni would call me after lunch. That was four hours ago. Must have been a great lunch.

Had an appointment to look at tux rentals for our wedding next year and Cody was just awesome! He is so personable and very knowledgeable in what he does. He suggested a suit color that neither my fiancé nor I had even thought about, but ended up working out beautifully with the color of my bridesmaids dresses. Thanks Cody!

As they say, third time's the charm. We previously came to this store TWICE and both times the customer service was horrible! We weren't even acknowledged when we walked in the second time. Today, Blake was AWESOME! He is the example of what GREAT customer service looks like. The other employees should take a page out of his book and do better. Thanks Blake! Good job by you!

Lina is absolutely amazing! I’m a CrossFit coach who’s regular attire is nothing but workout clothes. I’ve never had my own suit before. My sister and I walked in and within five minutes Lina had me in an amazing suit that fit perfectly. She also selected shirt shoes and tie that were exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention her sense of humor was right up my ally. She also was so gracious when working within my budget to make sure I could have a suit that looked amazing and also affordable!

Came by first thing in the morning, they were kinda busy but Alex got me taken care of almost immediately. I just needed to get fitted for a wedding in another state with another company but he was fast and efficient and got me taken care of with no fuss. Would absolutely come back here when I need to upgrade my wardrobe

Almost ruined my wedding day. The wrong date was put into the computer luckily I caught it, but one of the suits was sent to the wrong location and when he tried it on it was the wrong measurements. We had to run all over town finding a suit that closely matched the rest of the groomsmen. Very disappointed

Absolutely terrible experience my groom's party of 6 Plus myself all got our tuxes there every single one of them had mistakes. One of them had chewed on used toothpicks in the pocket when my groomsmen picked it up. None of them came back correct in size and all had to be fixed.

Great customer service. A nice selection of men's clothing. If they don't have an item in the store, they'll order it and send it to your home.

We used Men’s Warehouse for our wedding - the groom and all groomsmen. We chose Men’s Warehouse because we have groomsmen all over in different cities so it was widely accessible. That is the only compliment I can give, earning 1 star. The suits were as expected and the customer service was fine. But, they MESSED UP THE GROOM’S ORDER. Since we had faith in them preparing the suit, we did not check it at the store. As he is getting ready for our ceremony, they DID NOT INCLUDE HIS TIE. We ended up using a groomsmen’s tie for the groom, and the groomsmen didn’t use a tie, which changed the entire formality of the wedding and now it’s in my wedding photos too. Then when he went to return the suit and complain, they tried to charge him a late fee! Horrible service. For a wedding, they received 7 different rentals, a lot of money, and they should have checked to make sure the grooms suit is correct and should have been way more apologetic at a minimum. Hence this review. I wouldn’t recommend Men’s Warehouse to any of my friends getting married. You can find better prices, customer service, and hopefully the CORRECT SUIT APPAREL somewhere else.

Alex was professional and proficient. He explained options as well as cost parameters. He resolved questions and made the process efficient. Most important was his ability to meet my goals, and I would shop this store again as apropos, Thank you, Paul G Rohrbaugh

Alex in the Jensen Beach, Florida Store was such a great steward for your business. Even though my son’s wedding suit was purchased in another location, Alex steamed the suit and cheerfully returned the wrong color tie. He made us feel really positive about Men’s Wearhouse focus on true customer service. Thank you, Alex!

Went in, young boy quickly put his face mask on. Told me to wear one. I informed him it was against my religion to wear one. He said I had to leave. Went to Macy's and gave them business no problem. One hour round trip to get there. What a waste at boys warehouse.

Nice selection but staff try to upsell you from what you picked out even after you say no. No means no. I would have given a higher rating but as a man I don't like to be bossed.

I’ve always gotten an awesome customer service whenever I visit the Jensen Beach Men’s Warehouse location. Lina is great. She really knows her stuff. My husband went there to find a suit for Christmas Party. This was the first time he really had to purchase one. Lina helped him find one that was just perfect. The suit, tie, belt and shoes. The whole enchilada. Even cologne. Thank you Lina, you’re the best. And my husband looked GQ.

The place is very expensive so you might find better value at a thrift store/clearance rack. But the customer service was consistently phenomenal for every employee i met. Gabe the manager, Alex, and a woman with musical notes tattoos on her arm were all great help very informative. Alex is an amazing worker who is very quick. Dont think hes being rude, he just doesnt want to waste your time, he is fast and self-sufficient, he even tailored my piece in a pinch where i didnt have time to send it to their tailor. They were all a great help.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by everyone working and Gabe did a great job making sure the fit was just right. I'll be back for sure.

Love this place, I usually only buy from Jo's banks clothing store cause they are hundreds cheaper and always having a great sale but men's Wearhouse is a good store to buy suits or sport coats I bought 2 Calvin Klein suits and it costed me 643.89 and that was on sale not bad but a bit pricey it's definitely worth a trip
