The customer service not even deserve one star, the representative name Tushata was rude, and unprofessional, will not come here agoin

Bought bunch of cloths, sent some pants to alterations and asked if they can hem 2 pants I bought somewhere else, the guy said no problem, when I went to pay he told me $50, two plain hem each pants $25, sorry, thats a rip-off, in addition both pants I bought there were hemmed too short, I will never shop at this store.

Great service! Went in this morning for an exchange and alterations, they got it handled same day service. Really pleased, highly recommended!

I just came out of this store 1 minute ago. The associate didn't let me try the shirts. They are too lazy to fold it back. They just gave me the option to try other sizes from shirts that are similar to mine, but not mine. I wasted my time here.

I was there today in the store with my son to buy some button down long sleeve shirts. First, another customer approached to us asking if we have seen someone who works in the store. Then, my son was told he couldn't try the shirts before buying, only some random sizes were available to try on in the fitting room. Also, the associate kept staring at us the rest of the time we were in the store which was very awkward. We left and after we called by phone just to realize that this person was the manager. Very poor reading on customer and a lack of selling skills from this person. We ended up going to Macy's at Aventura Mall and spent US$126.53 in 2 shirts.

Thoroughly happy with the service from Darius at Men's Warehouse in Aventura. He was very helpful and knows style. This was my first time renting a tux but I'll be sure to go back. He got me ready for my wedding and I can't wait to look amazing for my wife to be. Thanks Darius and Men's Warehouse!

Yesterday my wife and I walked in to the Men's Warehouse in Aventura 1 hour before closing hoping that we would be able to find all I need so we can attend my nephew's wedding in 2 days. Not only we're we greeted with a smile from the manager Avi. He was also attentive and knowledgable to my exact size. I walked out with a Kenneth Cole suit, shirt, tie, handkerchief, shoes and socks plus alterations all for just $850. One stop shop and a load of my back. Thank you Avi and Darius for a wonderful shopping experience.

We did not have a good experience with customer service, we bought several dress suits and they were delivered in a plastic bag.

Danny was awesome with great customer service. Busy, but able to serve all in good time. We will be back.

Came in to rent a suit was to to wait (no problem it was busy) Waited for 20 minutes.
A couple arrives and was attended to right away for the same service we were waiting waiting for.
Went to Pembroke perfect service.

Very pleasant experience. These guys know what they are doing! My boyfriend doesn't like to shop for outfits/suits but with the amazing team member we got, he forgot all about that. The associate (Kevin) picked out every single item (suit, shirt, tie) and was on point, he also knew what alterations were needed. I was honestly amazed at the skills he had as an associate. I had a great experience at that location of men's warehouse with Max and Danny. They took care of me and my groomsmen and it was amazing how they made sure we knew every detail of how to go about this. If you are ever in need of a custom suit at a decent price, go to that location. They will make sure you are taken care of.

Great service. Danny Vidal and his team helped me find the right suit in timely fashion. Highly recommended, they help me get my suit right away altercation. Ready in 2 hours kind enough to add me due to my job changing dress code highly recommended. Clean, Knowledgeable, and Friendly but also professional. Great deals and will work with you if multiple pieces.

The staff here is excellent and the store manager Danny Vidal is a consummate professional. I’ll definitely be back!

On Monday went to the store to buy a suit for a wedding I have on May 1st. John was very good and he was training a new associate, I really like it the way he treat me and his future colleague, unfortunately they didn’t have what I need it in store and he worked very hard to find it in another branch. But he made a mistake by ordering only the jacket and forgot to order the pants, which is very aceptable, who doesn’t make mistakes at work?
But on Saturday I called to see if they get my stuff, because they will need alterations, I found out that the mistake, went to the store to cancel the order and John who was taking care of another customer never call me to just say sorry for the mistake. I didn’t spect remembered me at the store but at least one phone call. Now I have to find something until Friday

Worse costumer service I had ever experienced anywhere and to make matters worse we were been help by the manager hopefully he can stop having such an attitude. End up having to drive out of our way to visit another location which gave us excellent costumer service.
