Had an awesome experience today at me a warehouse in north Lakeland on 98. Charles helped us make all the correct decisions, as well as help me save a ton of money. If I ever need any other needs he will definitely be the man I go see. I recommend if you need a new suit, go see Charles!

What happened to this place? I Used to come in here and find classy gentlemen eager to help you look your best.

I felt like I was at k-mart asking for help. Unbelievable, and very sad. I had such a high opinion of this organization before my visit today.

The employees aren’t even dressed nice and had no clue about measurements. Just awful.

My Husband and I from Riverview were going to Lakeland to visit friends and decided to stop at the Men's Wearhouse in Lakeland. We were greeted when we entered the location and professionalism of the staff was excellent. The customer service from the Puertorrican lady with the gray/blonde hair was excellent I really appreciate her help. Keep up the great service.

My wife and I were traveling to view a high school soccer match in Lakeland and decided to make a return at the Men's Wearhouse in Lakeland. Of the Men's Wearhouse stores we've visited in the last 3 weeks, the customer service at this location was head and shoulders above them all. We were greeted when we entered the location and professionalism of the staff was superb. I was not interested in making a purchase at my previous stop (at Men's Wearhouse), but the staff's engagement and willingness to provide to notch customer service prompted me to shop at this location (didn't have the size I needed, but I was definitely looking to make a purchase). Keep up the great service, it's truly noticed.

I have to be honest I was a bit disappointed. While everyone was friendly at the store as I spent well over 500.00 for a suite. When I picked it up after the tailoring it came in a CHEAP plastic protector like that you would get from a dry cleaner. I do not know why o expected a better suite protector, well maybe because a few years back my brother bought a suite and it came in a nice case. I guess the little things no longer matter. Maybe JC Penny quality is the new owners mission. UPDATE customer service did reach out and made things right for me. So a 5 star rating is deserved.

My Experience With men's wearhouse was horrible. Employees are very rude And act like you are bothering them And when we reserved our group We were told one price and then when the guys when to get fitted we were told another price.we will never use them again

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. My tux fit perfectly. My daughters wedding was postponed for three months because of hurricane Ian. We rescheduled, and we’re reassured that everything would be ready for the future wedding date. I was pleasantly surprised. In spite of having to remeasure and re-fit some of our group, everything went off without a hitch. No extra fees or charges were incurred. I would recommend Men’s Wearhouse highway 98 N. Lakeland Florida to anyone looking for quality and professionalism and price.

If I could give them 0 stars, then I would. It is absolutely the worst customer service experience for myself and my husband. We will not be back.

We purchased my husband’s suit to be in a family members wedding at the Lakeland location. We got the call that alterations were completed. When we picked up the suit it hadn’t even been touched. We already had issues with other suits at this location so we took it here to the Brandon location. First time we picked it up, the sleeves were way too short and the buttons on the sleeves were stacked. We never requested for stacked buttons and we also had 2 other matching suits in the same order that did not come with stacked buttons so why just the one suit? The second time when we picked it up the same issues were still present. The last time we went in, we were THEN told the undershirt they measured and sold us at the Lakeland location is too big and needed to be altered because they don’t have a shirt his size. Buttons still stacked. The button were “fixed” right there while we waited but we’re still wrong. The buttons are still stacked and were just moved directly down to sit RIGHT on the edge of the sleeve. We returned the undershirt and will be correcting the buttons at home ourselves. 4 try’s is enough. Very disappointed. Posted on the Lakeland location as well since that’s where most of the issues came from.

Dawn and Brittany were both very helpful, patient and knowledge while we fitted my two sons for homecoming. They made sure the boys were fitted correctly and got suits to match their style. Very happy. Husband also worked with Dawn for custom shirts. She did such a great job getting him exactly what he needed for work. Efficient,
Patient and Knowledgeable. Will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you both for all your help! You are very appreciated.

Every Men's Warehouse we have been in has had subpar customer service. If we had any other choices bear us, we wouldn't go there. The clothes are nice but the customer service is severely lacking.

Used them for our wedding. My ring bearers outfit didn't get in till the day before and it wasn't even a full outfit being as when I put him in my bridal party and informed the workers of his age they didn't have clothes that fit him. My dad didn't get his outfit till HOURS before the wedding and it still didn't fit correctly. I would buy a tux somewhere else versus spending over 200 dollars a piece for clothing that didn't fit correctly. Mind you, he went to every single fitting. I'm only giving 2 starts because if I could rate one employee it would be Brian. He is amazing and is the ONLY person who knows anything there anymore.

My experience at the Mens Warehouse was enjoyable and satisfying. Dawn was a great help for my brother and myself. Her Attitude and demeanor was very amazing. She was positive and very optimistic about what we were looking for. We both felt comfortable and relax visiting the store. I recommend anyone who’s looking for suits go speak with Dawn. She will find what you are looking for.

The young female associate was intent on passing her work off to the other associates around her. Multiple times she made remarks about wanting to go home early and that she was going to leave as soon as she got done with “them” referring to us. We were in renting several suits for a wedding as well as purchasing a custom suit, she was extremely unhelpful and as he was trying on pants and we expressed the size of pant that was needed, she shouted across the store at another sales associate to grab the pants for her. She then tried to pressure a sales associate to stay late and close for her because her back was hurting and when that associate stated his back also hurt she shoved him out of the chair and stated “I don’t see any cameras”. The lack of professionalism displayed by this team and a complete lack of disregard for the customers in the store is deeply disturbing. In addition the group information for our wedding is incorrect, the pocket square and suspenders weren’t discussed and random items were put in.

Dawn Coppens & Britney were absolutely amazing! Dawn acknowledged me right when I walked in and she made it super accommodating for me. I usually don’t like doing these kinds of things but it was a total breeze here. They even helped make sure I was ready to get resized at a later date. Thank you so much for making this process so easy. They were both very knowledgeable and efficient on the computer system.

Me and my groomsmen had a great experience renting suits for my wedding here. When renting the suits we got measurements and everything done very quickly. When picking up the suits, Dawn was very helpful and polite and assisted us with all our rental process. Some of our groomsmen needed adjustments and she made all the arrangements. I would definitely rent from here for future needs.

Walked in to get my husband and son fitted for our wedding. There were 4 associates walking around, not one greeted us. We stood there for 5 minutes waiting for some acknowledgement that they will be with us shortly or any kind of words noticing we were there.

A very disappointing display of customer service. I won't be going back to this store. Unfortunately I have groomsmen all over the US so I have to use this company for the ease.

This location in particular has always given me excellent service and always goes above and beyond and always answers their phone which i can’t always say about other locations. Even when i’ve returned suits late they’ve always been understanding and didn’t charge me the late fee. Awesome store!
