16I'm not even sure where to start, if you can get a suit, you will get a pretty nice quality item. I have ordered several "custom" suits here, and they usually turn out very nice. Unfortunately they aren't open when they say they are, and when they are open it's next to impossible to find someone to help you. So once you do get something ordered, good luck catching them open to pick it up.
The manager Garrett took great care of us! He had attention to detail and great customer service. Thank you!
I have been a customer at this location for years and have always hoped the customer service would get better.
I have called dozens of times checking on a custom suit order that is weeks overdue and can never get anyone to answer.
Terrible customer service. I would only advise to shop here if you plan to leave with an item the same day.
I needed a suite for an event which required all black cocktail attire. I had no idea what that even meant. Luckily Alex helped me out. He told me all my measurements and helped me pick out a suite for the occasion!

Needed to buy a tuxedo for my son. Our sales associate, Garret, was very helpful in getting him sized and picking out a style. He provided a timetable for ordering the suit, alterations and pickup. A pleasant experience.
I was never greated or even talked to when I walked in. I walked around looking at items for about 20 minutes. I ended up leaving and bought my suit elsewhere.
Mike IS 'Cool Hand Luke'! This dude exudes calmness and superior customer service! Had an issue with the Ohio store where I made my reservation for a special event in Marco Island on April 5. Ohio store made the massive mistake of marking my event for May 5! Mike did everything in his power to make sure I had my tux! Thank you Mike for leaving no stone unturned, keeping the situation calm and going above and beyond what I expected! First Class Service
Came here to rent a Tux for prom. The staff here was really nice and helpful with the rental.
I cannot tell you how amazed I am at the experience I had at this store! I drove down from Ft. Myers to get a specific pair of Cole Haan shoes and a couple of shirts I needed for a big meeting in a couple of days. I called in the morning to confirm hours, and it said they open at ten. Once I got there, I found that they had just adjusted hours to opening at 11am. As I was on the phone complaining to my wife, the store manager asked me what I needed. Once I told him, he let me into the store early and I picked up exactly what I needed to get AND gave me a discount as his "VIP shopper of the day". Thanks so much to you, Mike! You absolutely made my day by going out of your way to help me! I am a Men's Wearhouse customer for LIFE!
Wow, ok I get you don’t open until 11, but you can’t be polite to a customer who walks up to your door before then. You’re not the only store in town. Don’t plan on my business.
Mike was amazing and the reason the experience was a 10! He was able help my fiancé and I pick out our groomsman suits and a bunch of extras for the wedding. Went 100% over and beyond to explain options and fits. He showed me some dress paints that fit the best I have ever worn. I have already recommended my father to Mike and this store for a suit for my upcoming wedding. Go ask for manager Mike!

We came down for our daughter’s wedding. My husband was measured in Strongsville Ohio and our tux rental was picked up in Naples. The suit was a disaster. Immediately Michael the manager stepped up and went above and beyond with customer service! Not surprised from a fellow Buckeye! He got his best suit off the purchase rack, had his taylor/seamstress fit it to my husband perfectly and it was ready in 24 hours! Then he gave us the suit to keep! This is customer service at its very best! Michael you and your seamstress are rockstars! Men’s Wearhouse definitely needs to keep you and give you a raise!
WORST customer service I’ve ever received. Walked in and was helped by NO ONE. While other people walked in they were greeted and immediately helped. Every time I asked about a size or had questions about a suit I was told they carried limited sizes and should refer to their website. When I asked for a certain shoe size I was told that the shoes they had on the floor was all they carried. Didn’t bother to even check in the back. When I was going to check out the worker had such a attitude about it because he had to go use the computer in the back to check me out since the other computer upfront was not working. I will never shop at this men’s warehouse. If you are going to shop here don’t come dressed in gym clothes to shop here if you want to actually get some help from the useless employees.
I came into this business for the first time earlier rushing to a an important job interview. Upon finding the right tie, Michael and his assistant were more than happy to assist me with equipping my new purchase and even grabbed a lint roller as my shirt had gotten a bit of hairs from dog earlier that day. Thank you for a great experience. The interview went great and I love my tie btw!
Poor customer service. I walk into the store searching for a shirt I found online. I came in wearing my gym clothes, an no attention was paid to me. I’m found clothes and as I tried them on they were a no go. On the sign it states to please return clothing to worker so they can sanitize. As I’m standing with two shirts in hand looking for someone to speak with, another gentleman walks in and immediately was attended to. I’m a business owner looking to purchase shirts for work. My business will go elsewhere, thanks for nothing.
