Most of the employees are rude. They tell you the date your alterations will be done. You drive 40mins one way and they’re not done! You wasting people’s time and it’s disrespectful and cost people money! I highly recommend not doing business with them. I use to buy all my suits here. Not anymore!

The manager was very helpful, prices were great, corperate needs to get the AC fixed it was to hot to stay

I just called 9/03/23 at 11: 28 pm.
I spoke to a lady named Breanna. Or something every close. The attitude and tone on the phone was very unpleasant.
I even told her that I didn't like the time in her voice.
I'm calling to get information on a suit my soon to be husband is going to be wearing.
But I gave her blessing and to have a better day on the Lord's Day.

I went there for suit measurements. Bruce took my measurements for no charge. I'll be buying my suit online from a different retailer (a wedding, not my choice), but he was happy to assist. I've purchased at MW before and this store was as professional as I've experienced at others.

Walked into store associates look at client and I never greeted or said anything to us the sad part is this man a billionaire and they just blew it being nasty but I will take him to a much better store

Just went in this place and no assistance at all. They were more focused on vacuuming than service.the guy turned vacuum off so i thought i would get assistance just to be ignored when he turned it back on.manager was sitting in back playing with phone and only spoke when i asked wheres another mens wearhouse.ive been shopping at mens wearhouse ever since my teenage years but i will never spend money here again

The staff were helpful and friendly. The place was clean and well maintained. There are many different options to pick from for outfits.

Deanna is the best at what she does she fitted and styled my suit for my friends wedding and I got nothing but compliments, didn’t know it was possible to look and feel that good in a suit but she made it happen I’d highly recommend to go in and see her.

My experience with MW was good until I came in for an alteration and dealt with Carmen. She was rude and argumentative. I informed her that I was previously told that the alteration could be finished by Monday (3 days), despite it being Prom season and MW being very busy. She did not believe me and argued with me on the floor about the time line. She finally spoke the Bruce (manager) who confirmed it could be done in 3 days and quickly put Carmen in her place.

Carmen singlehandedly provided an awful experience.

Will not return. Have been to this location twice and the first time i was talked to as if I was beneath the retail employee. May 23 I show up to the shower and none of the employees could be bothered to acknowledge i was even in the store.

Best place to shop for everday work attire around town. Great products at great prices. I was especially impressed by the service provided. Look for Zach. He is super helpful. I have been to other braches, but this one is the absolute best. Overall, I could not have been happier buying a suit. Highly recommended!

They always have staff on to help with poper sizes. And have great deals on suits and other amenities.

Matthew does some amazing work! I came in looking to build a couple of suits with accessories from scratch due to a promotion at work.
He started going to work immediately finding shoes and shirts to cross-match both suits. Their tailor went to work on everything. MW was able to prepare everything within a decent window before my first flight.
This may have been my best customer service experience ever anywhere!

I went in to purchase a suit on 05/19/23 for a job interview. I was greeted by a female associate who was finishing up with something and stated she would be with me in a minute, Every-one else was standing around in the store. A few minutes later the female associate came back and asked me how she could help. I told her I was needing to buy a black colored suit for a job interview and I had grown out of my previous one. I explained that I would need to be measured as I don't remember my previous measurements. 2 Measurements were taken. I don't know what the results were and she didn't disclose them when I asked. I was told I would have to try the suit on piece by piece. When I was asked why I was told it was company policy so no one stole the suit with-out paying for it. Lastly I needed a dress shirt. My neck had grown and I wasn't able to button the top button. She had measured me but I wanted a little extra room so we decided on 1/2 inch wider. She had a very hard time finding the correct size. When I asked to try it on to make sure it was a good fit I was told I could but if I did I would have to purchase the shirt regardless of whether it fit or not.

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The combo for the dress pants, jacket, and shirt was $386.00. They lied and stated my Shirt, and pants didn't need altering. The only positive was they spent hardly any time with me at all so if you want a suit that doesn't fit properly and to be in and out from walking in to walking out in less than 20 minutes this is your place.

Absolutely Horrible.

Bad had to pay $90 because no you here told me that the tux had to be returned the day after the invent. And I was lied to because they manger told me every late day was $10 not $25

Disaster- dissatisfaction- ordered a prom suit and when I tell you the length on this outfit seems as if they wanted a giant to wear a midget suit. We were told we would get a text and we could get the suit 2 days before the event. We never got the text. We went to pick the suit up the day before the event and when it was tried on, the tuxedo pants was like to the knees and wide. The sleeves of the jacket was almost to the middle of the arm. We were able to get a refund and thank God we were able to find another suit from a different company that really came through for us!

I had a good experience and was helped out by a friendly, knowledgeable lady, but I didn't catch her name. She was able to answer all of my questions and made sure that my business casual outfit was perfect. I would definitely come back if I needed to.

I’ve tried to call this location multiple times on different days and times and they do not answer the phone. I called the corporate number and not even they could get a hold of them.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, I got exactly what I was looking for and needed at a reasonable price, thank you.
