Men's Wearhouse, Orlando FL

Doesn’t make sense to have a sale online with the exact same item in-store without the same sales price. Not being cheap, but it doesn’t make sense to pay more for the same item at two price points with the same manufacturer. I ended up going elsewhere because they price matched their online price. Sad.

I was in a hurry and didn't get a chance to walk the whole store. However, they did have what I needed.

Tried to return an unworn suit jacket and pants I purchased, but never wore for a canceled event. An old guy, I'm assuming the manager, looked at them, tried playing sherlock holmes and told me that they were worn, (I tried them on once in the store and they've been hanging in my closet since) and regardless, they wouldn't take them back because they were missing the tags (which the associate took off when I purchased them without mentioning anything of the sort). *Nothing is stated about tags in their return policy*.

I called customer service, who reassured me that they are returnable, and some stores are just weird about it (this is one of those shady stores I now know) and just told me to try another store. Guess I should have heeded the warnings and reviews of MW and gone to Nordstrom instead.

The selection of suites, clothes, and accessories are very stylish and beautiful. This is the place to go if you want to look great in what you are wearing.

If you wanna go and watch employees just sit on their phones while you wait to get greeted/helped, this is the place to go!

I went to Men's Warehouse to get a custom suit. I had lost weight in between fittings, so it took a few tries to get the fit just right. The staff at Men's Warehouse were very patient and accommodating, and they didn't stop until I was happy with the results.

I was particularly impressed with Connor, Wayne, Adriana, Miss Singh, Kent, and Xander. Connor was very friendly and helpful, and he made me feel welcome. He also had a great sense of humor. He went out of his way to make me a life long customer. Wayne has an excellent eye for picking out items that will look good on you. You can tell that he cares about his work, as evidenced by how well he dresses himself. He likes Pokémon too so that’s cool. Adriana is extremely sweet and kind. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help her customers. She offered many good style recommendations.

Miss Singh is a national treasure. She has immaculate vibes and amazing stitch work. Kent is a master of his craft. The man has charisma and also very funny. He seems very experienced at his trade. He took his time with me and was acutely attentive to details. Xander is an up and coming GQ stylist. He is new, but he is eager to learn and he is always willing to help his customers. He gave a me a friendly, genuine smile and made me feel welcome.

I am very happy with the suit that I got from Men's Warehouse. It fits perfectly and it looks great. I would definitely recommend Men's Warehouse in Waterford to anyone who is looking for a custom suit.

Beyond disappointed with this store and could say company over all. It’s unbelievable that I paid to hold my wedding party date 4 months ago. Was told by the store to wait around a month before wedding to go in for measurements. But is all a lie, I come in for measurements and was told that they no longer carry the color of the tuxedo I had booked in advance. Mind you this is a month out of my wedding day. They didn’t bother to send me an email or a phone call to let me know this situation was happening. I find out because I came in for measurements. The store manager said unfortunately there’s nothing they can do but refund me for the amount that was paid. No solution was done. Long story short I put my trust to this store for this part of the wedding believing everything was set and come to find out I don’t have tuxedos for my grooms men. I only gave a star because the review makes you in order to post. But, they don’t even deserve that.

It’s funny you reply that because if customers would be your top priority. You guys would have looked for options to help me. At least had someone contact me. But it’s all good I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else because when we customers go to these kind ok stores. We put all our trust thinking that the merchandise would be there for whatever big event we would have. That’s why it’s paid and book in advance. We should feel safe counting on that. And No I don’t feel Safe putting my trust in you guys anymore. So, you won’t see me around. Luckily Florida is big and has other options I should have chosen wisely.

Connor did an AMAZING job finding my son his first suit. Very helpful and made the experience great!

Just a quick stop for my son to get suspenders and a tie bar. Nice selection of both. Sales agents were friendly and available, but not hovering/pushy.

We love this place. We got our son his Dinner Jacket and a few shirts. The experience was great for all of us. Thank you

My boyfriend came in for a suit last minute for a wedding. Adrianna helped him get measured and get all of the pieces he needed:)

Just pick up a tuxedo for a wedding. Even that I point out that shirt and jacket was tight they didn’t offer an option to fix it. Rental was very expensive for the service provided. Please get your employees trained in how to treat the customers.
