Excellent experience! Both the sales and financing department were extremely friendly, and straight-forward. I was dreading the car buying process, but they made it easy. Excellent communication throughout the whole process with my sales rep (Flo). Highly recommend and I’m very happy with my new purchase of a GLC300 coupe I special ordered.

The service here is exceptional and extremely detailed. Even during a busy season, every customer and vehicle gets taken care of with attention to detail.

Everything was covered under warranty and I was given a loaner (during an international car shortage), making the experience that much greater.

Although my prior visits to this dealership have been pleasurable experiences I have to admit that I was truly disappointed in the way we were treated by the service department in this previous visit. After waiting two months for a headliner from Germany I was informed that the installation was a two day job and that we would be provided with a loaner while my car was being prepared. I was leery when my service advisor Guillermo Requeña called me less than 24 hours later stating that the car was ready, once they delivered the car to my house it was obvious that they had rushed the job for what I'm assuming is the quick return of their loaner. To say the work was chotty is putting it kindly, Mike Muñoz (supposed Service Manager) then called my wife who has just recently gotten out of the hospital to inform her that the new headliner would take another two more weeks to arrive and that they couldn't provide us a loaner for that period of time even though it was their fault. Fortunately for Mr Muñoz he made the arrangements with my wife and not me because I would never have would have agreed to it. I highly doubt the headliner will be here in two weeks as promised but hopefully I'm wrong. I'll update in two weeks.
UPDATE: Approximately two weeks later and the headliner came in as promised. I was encouraged that the headliner would be properly repaired this time, they even picked up our car and delivered a loaner which I appreciated due to my wife's heart surgery recovery which makes it difficult for us to venture out somedays. I was delighted when Javy (the porter) brought our car back two days later and the headliner was properly repaired, so much so that I didn't fully inspect our car and just thanked and tipped Javy (which I regret now) and quickly parked our car so that I could tend to my wife. Needless to say we were ready to forgive and forget our previous experience, later that day we decided to go have an early dinner and lo and behold our complete sound system; radio, telephone and all related controls are unresponsive. I've made several attempts to contact our service advisor which much like the sound system does not respond. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

I used to always go the merecedes dealer at cutler bay and never had any issues with them. But the last two times I did service to my car was at the coral gables dealer. One of those times my car was having problems due to the sensors. They said all 4 sensors needed to be replaced which I doubt, but of course who am I to say they are wrong so I had to pay for all 4. The next time I did another service, my boyfriend noticed after that the insulation of my hood was stolen. My boyfriend knows about mechanics so he likes to look into the hood of my car every now and then. I have no proof but I know they are the ones who took it. They are liars and thieves. But then again so are the majority of auto dealers and mechanic shops.
