Micheal at Delray Mercedes was amazing. He thoroughly helped me and exceed my expectations. I was so afraid of dealership pricing but they were as reasonable as competitors.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO TO MERCEDES DELRAY!
My recent encounter with Mercedes Delray's repair service has been nothing short of a nightmare. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and has severely eroded my trust in this establishment.
I brought my car in for a convertible top repair, a seemingly straightforward task. However, it turned into an ordeal that spanned 7 excruciating months. They were paid over $8,000 and to add insult to injury, the issue was not resolved, and my car was returned to me with an entirely depleted battery; I had to spend an additional $600 just to replace it. What's infuriating is that my car, which had always been stored in a garage, was left out in the sweltering Florida summer heat by Mercedes Delray, leading to upholstery damage.
Communication with the service representative was an exercise in frustration. They consistently evaded our calls and emails, and when they did respond, they were unhelpful, often talking over us, and displaying a complete disregard for our concerns.
Attempting to resolve the issues was equally disheartening. The general manager offered no assistance whatsoever, leaving us feeling abandoned and taken advantage of.
Our situation became so dire that we had to contact Mercedes corporate to intercede and facilitate the return of our car. It is deeply disheartening that a brand like Mercedes is associated with such a lack of accountability and professionalism.
I strongly urge anyone considering Mercedes Delray's repair service to think twice and explore other alternatives. My experience has been costly, frustrating, and incredibly disappointing, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale to potential customers.
On the other hand, we took our car to Mercedes Ft. Pierce and had a wonderful experience, what a difference!

I LOVE MB of Delray! Seriously, I feel they are my Tiffany’s of cars! They always help resolve all of my car needs from servicing to sales. Everyone at this dealership is so professional and provide only exceptional customer service. Better than any other MB dealership! Hence, I’m a customer of 8 years and counting! A big extra THANKS to Service Manager, Kelvin Martínez, he’s the BEST!

Kelvin Martinez the Assistant Service Manager at Mercedes-Benz is absolutely AWESOME! I have a Mercedes E43 AMG with approx 26,000 miles yet I did not feel safe driving it. On three occasions my car would not start. So after taking my car to Mercedes the issue turned out to be my battery. So a new battery was installed - problem solved. A few days later the same problem began - my car would not start. Only after I charged the battery did it work. This happened three more times so off to Mercedes I returned. Needless to say, when I arrived at Mercedes I was not happy by any means.

Then walked in Kelvin, who immediately made me feel at ease and very calmly told me he would get to the root of the problem. He ran a full diagnosis on my vehicle. During that time he actually explained several components of the car which I was not aware of. He was very informative, very patient, calming and went above and beyond his job requirements. I kept insisting it was a switch issue since I recently had a new battery installed. The diagnosis proved that it was in fact a faulty battery. He had a new battery installed and it's been smooth riding ever since. Kelvin is simply AMAZING!

I would recommend him highly for any of your service needs. His work performance is exceptional! His customer service skills are outstanding! My vehicle was ready according to schedule. He even impressed me by calling to check up and make sure everything was satisfactory and working well. He wanted to make sure I felt safe and with Kelvin as the service manager I knew I was in very good hands. So if you have any car issues Kelvin is definitely your go to guy!

Car was brought in 400 miles ago for a check engine light that was supposedly fixed. Asked for a loaner car since this is the second time for this issue and was told there aren’t any but we saw two in the service drive when we pulled up. Saw another customer signing papers for a loaner that came after us. This is ridiculous.

Excellent and prompt service! I needed a new battery and I drove in to the service center and they took care of it promptly. My service advisor is Timothy and although he wasn't available immediately, his colleague jumped in and moved everything forward. Following that, my key fob battery died while I was shopping so I couldn't start my car. I called Timothy and he walked me through the manual start process. He is a great service adviser!

We came to buy a car to this dealer, we were surrounded by two managers and in one mouth said what they are honest and decent, that the car should be bought only from them, that no one will cheat you and appreciate you as a buyer, in fact everything is quite the opposite. We chose a car, liked it, applied for a loan, they in every possible way delayed the time waiting for the approval of the bank, then the seller said that they have a buyer for the car chosen by us and began to offer us another car much more expensive. But we want to buy exactly that car, which we liked, and not which we need to sell to the salon. We agreed that we will bring cash promised us that it can be done in an hour. After 15 minutes she calls us and says that the car has been sold. Three days later, the car is still on the dealer's sales site. And the price has decreased by 1 thousand. Apparently, there is an interest in lowering the price. After a call to the seller we learn that the car is still parked in the parking lot and they are waiting for money from the buyer. How so? After all, they did not want to wait for us one hour, and here three days? Apparently, this buyer has different blood and money. But we did not know that in this salon there are privileged buyers who are allowed to wait until the price of the car is lower and ordinary people like us. We do not recommend to deal with this salon if you are an ordinary person. Please do not put a boilerplate answer to call your manager and talk about this issue. I prefer to take my business to a dealership that prioritizes its clients from the outset rather than having to call your manager and listen to assurances about how much you care about your customers. It's essential to get it right from the start.

Found a car on this dealerships online listing for 22k.car dealership tries to tell me it's 24k when i called in to inquire.online listing says 22k.dealer tells me I'm wrong. I show them their own online listing and they still do not honor the price they advertised AND TRY TO GASLIGHT ME.very sketchy bait and switch tactics. BUYER BEWARE SHADY DEALINGS HAPPENING HERE.

Friendly, reliable and professional service from beginning to end.
Ms. Briana Maldonado worked hard to find the Mercedes that would suit our needs. We didn’t feel like we were being pressured into a fast deal.

The experience to buy a car was smooth and fast, but to cancel a product package such as Autonation Maintenance Plan it has been a nightmare. I have been more than 3 months waiting for my contract to be cancelled and the only answer I get is that there is no ETA for the cancellation. Meanwhile I am paying it monthly. Do not trust what Kavon Moradi says, he is very good at selling and has no respect to the clients. I don’t recommend this Dealership neither their products. Go somewhere else…

I tried to speak to a manager. I tried to call the facility manager. I wanted to talk about the experience I had but everybody just assumes that I’m talking about the check and wants to play on the phone. It was absolutely ridiculous. I will be sure to tell every person I meet for the rest of my life about my experience at your dealership And will advise them not to go to West Palm Beach. There is absolutely nobody at the dealership that will take ownership of the problem and try to resolve it. There is absolutely nobody at the dealership you can call and speak to because the operator will play on the phone with the person that you’re trying to complain about everything’s great until there’s a problem go to Arrigo I had an absolutely wonderful experience there and anybody can contact me to listen about either my experience at Mercedes of Delray or my experience at Arrigo Dodge.don’t judge a company because they’re making money off you and you got what you wanted judge a company by how they act when there’s a problem.

Service department representative Evon is professional and very personable. He handled the service needed in a timely manner. I have never had an issue with this dealership in Delray.

When I brought my car in for service, I found four employees hanging around without anyone asking why I was there.
The issue wasn't fixed, and the manager dismissed my concerns without diagnostics, claiming it was normal? I purchased this car from your dealership, and a salesperson said nothing about being ready for my car to act like this.
No updates over 24 hours. The manager promised to call before 5 p.m.
The manager was not even aware that my car was picked up. And called me to update me on the status of my car when my car was in my garage for more than 24 hours.
Please do not put a boilerplate answer to call your manager and talk about this issue. I prefer to take my business to a dealership that prioritizes its clients from the outset rather than having to call your manager and listen to assurances about how much you care about your customers. It's essential to get it right from the start.

Upon arrival
After much research, and driving one hour, we met Shaun smoking out front…wanted GLC 300. He said only has the AMG. I gave him VIN of car we wanted to see. He said it was a loaner out and could have it back tomorrow with a deposit. And he provided a price.

Off to the manager, no negotiations were discussed, he came back. No won’t do that price and car won’t be back for weeks.

Complete and total liar. He does not represent the brand well, and certainly has the used car salesman swagger.

No thanks Delray, new owner from Ft Pierce dealer. Better prices and people. Beware of AutoNation and Shaun.
