Mercer Dry Cleaning & Laundry, Wilton Manors FL

The poorest & rudest customer service! The owner and the staff are extremely rude. I spend about $500$-$700 monthly with them on dry cleaning and they just told my handyman to take our business elsewhere and told others who were also waiting in line same thing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I withdrew my $100 per week support from them when Mercer Dry Cleaning in Wilton Manors, Fl.failed to dry clean and instead washed my late & cherished, 25-year-old Black Silk Calvin Klein Dress Shirt in the regular laundry. The owner/manager would not admit it! He ended up re-washing it in some solution (5-6 times) which he claimed would bring it back and I finally accepted the shirt. No monetary compensation was ever offered. He said the shirt would have to be washed in the same silkwhatever solution every time it was cleaned! I figured the shirt is good for just one more use. I should have known the shirt had shrunk! FUMING. Since then they have lost about $6-$7k in revenue. Serves ‘em right!
