Mercy Medical Urgent Care Center, Lake City FL

I was visiting friends when my 3 year old started having an odd cough. I came across this emergency clinic and I am so glad I did. Dr. Car and his front desk staff were amazing. Small wait time & great service. Dr. Car took his time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

Excellent experience with the entire staff. When my primary care provider cancelled my appointment unbeknownst to me, I sought care for my illness symptoms from Dr. Carr. His caring and decisive approach to my diagnosis has me on the track to feeling better. A great provider. Wish I knew he was in Lake City sooner. Thank you!

As soon as I got there and filled out the appropriate paperwork, I was called back to see the doctor, so the wait time was non existent! The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable and was happy with the treatment I received at this facility. I would definitely recommend this urgent care and Dr. Carr.

Incredible service! They tell you what you are paying for before you pay it and its reasonably priced. Could not be more pleased.

They got us in and out of here, listened to all of our concerns, and were so kind! Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctors were amazing. I will definitely be coming back!

Best urgent care facility in Lake City. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 20 minutes and that included updating paperwork. They go out of their way to assist anyway they can.

Zero stars if i could, told them i was there to get checked for the flu and to get help with my horrible migraine, the receptionist was rude, told me i need to go to the ER because they’ll want to do a cat scan for my migraine.i was shocked and said even if im literally just sick you can’t help me at all? I dont need a cat scan.she told me no i need to go to the ER, i said it was really hard to drive there because my head and eyes hurt so bad and basically begged for any kind of help, she was still rude, did not care refused to even try to talk to the Dr.
So i left and went to Baya urgent care instead, told them the same thing and they were so nice and happy to help, got an injection for my head and tested for the flu and prescribed tami flu that i could pick up right next door.everyone there was caring and genuinely wanted me to feel better.i will choose Baya urgent care from now on, i don’t recommend mercy medical to anyone.

Always a great place to go when I’m under the weather.everyone is so helpful. Usually the wait isn’t bad either.definitely recommend them! Doc Gerald is the best! Everyone is great!
