Meridian Outpatient Gainesville Office

Worst office I’ve ever dealt with. Was on hold for 1hr and 43 min today. When I hung up, it said 4th caller. It said 10th at the beginning and 4th for the last hour. I am having issue with a medication and need to schedule an appointment but it’s impossible to reach someone most days. Avoid this practice at all cost! It takes months to get in and your care will get dropped in the cracks over and over and over again. Not worth the stress, it will make you worse, not better

You know I been going to this place for about two years and you know what I just realized that they don’t want to help you when you don’t make a appointment they gonna discharge you and you know what I am done I am struggling with mental problems since I was younger my own family doesn’t care just called me a cry baby and laugh all you people ask the same questions and evaluate and just give you medicine and go home so since you don’t care about your patients and then don’t wanna answer the phone then the meridian is not place I should see if you guys don’t care about my mental health

Can never answer the phone…. I’ve been trying to reach anyone at office because I have an appointment but the video isn’t working for me to my appointment so I’ve missed it because I can’t get NOBODY TO ANSWER THE PHONE! Thanks guys!

I have tried to call for two weeks to reschedule my appointment and cannot get a hold of anyone the phone system the last couple weeks is not working it puts you on hold then it rings for like 30 minutes then hangs up on you I don’t know what is going on. The service I have received there has been excellent it’s just the not being able to get a hold of anybody to reschedule appointments

Absolutely terrible service, they rarely pick up the phone, schedule you out MONTHS in the future, are NOT flexible with changes to appointments, and have routinely left us in the lobby for 3+ hours only to say "sorry we can't help you". Egregious service and I can not recommend them at all.

Do not go here. They will lie, and try to Baker Act you if possible when you do not even come close to the spectrum of needing it. Not a great business.

No one will answer the phone! 30 minutes is too long. If you leave a message it takes a week to get back to you. Front staff not nice and short. They do not care! No help is needed for meds problems or side affects!

I've been trying to call to set up a follow up appointment since last week, several attempts a day left to be on hold over 45 minutes, my medications are running out and I can't get in to get a renewal. Care was always nice but getting to anyone is a nightmare.

I have been trying to call meridian for a week to reschedule my next appt.i get the recording, in line, wait time 5 min.after 10+ minutes i hang up.thrn i try again.every day except weekend.same thing.noone ever picks up.whats going on?

I had this feeling that Meridian Behavioral Health doesn’t have a good administration. My son got a prescription injection that was not released by the insurance. So I asked them (The Dr As well) to switch to a pill. He is being without medication for 15 days now. The staff (stuff) or the Dr Skalski didn’t give any feedback on the situation. And my son is being dragged into a deep crisis including suicidal thoughts. I even went there to Meridian. They said you got wait to his appointment that is already scheduled. That means 20 days without the medication. Do you believe this happens to a so called developed country?

Mist was terrible! Very rude, demeaning staff. They loved when clients fought or there was drama. It was hell. Everyone who is in mist is mandated by DCF. Do not voluntary place yourself here. RUN. It was awful

Incompetent. After 2 appointments and 10 days of being ghosted after my telehealth I cannot get anyone to call me back. They eventually gave me another extension and STILL ghosted. I came here needing treatment and have wasted time with this terrible office that is avoiding treating patients.

I will be seeking treatment elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone. I also set an appointment that somehow just no longer exists and I will run out of medication before I can see my doctor

The doctor called me manipulative and selfish and told me i have no respect for my parents and that i dont love them.they dont care about how you feel and this is the closest to prison ive ever felt.i was there for a week and cried when i got home.i had literal nightmares of going back.and the medicine they prescribed me made me really sleepy and apparently was for people who are bipolar.i have depression.literally i hope i never ever go back i hate this place.but thank you to ms.amanda for being so incredibly sweet to me and the other girls on the unit.nobody should ever have to suffer through the experience of being here.also if you do literally anything wrong they add days to your stay.all the girls there cried every morning after wed see that doctor i cant even spell his name.i was literally so happy to go home oh my god.they also yelled at me because i asked when id go home bc i had a performance for winterguard coming up, which i ended up missing.such a problematic place

Low rent feel to therapy here, very unprofessional. Do not trust Anthony W.with your care.
