If you are selling your home please speak with an experienced agent, you want the home to see the most possible sellers to get the best possible price. Bryan was awesome! Always friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I recently had spinal surgery, lost my job and still under medical care. I worked with Christian Mas and he made the process very smooth, from the price negotiation through closing. After the closing date was picked, I asked for a couple extra days to allow time to disposition more items from the house and he worked to accommodate that request. They are nothing but wholesalers. They get you in a contract then try to sell that contract, put money in their pocket and give you what's left. For 2 weeks after signing a contract we heard nothing and had our calls dodged. Very unprofessional but that's what you get with scammers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them and look elsewhere. It'll save you money, time and stress!
