Purchased a 13 TDI. Very fast moving sales environment, quick and easy approvals with competitive pricing. Dealer fee is really high but does come with a 5 year appearance warranty, we will see how good it is because the car definitely needs some touches. Competitive pricing and solid seeming vehicles. Check engine light come on on the way home for an Emmisions sensor. Do not believe it to be of any fault on the dealer. Always purchase a warranty when it comes to used luxury/ euro cars.

My experience with merit auto group was decent customer service with them ofc trying to give you the highest interest rate possible. After telling them that I won’t be paying over 16% apr on a car that I’m almost putting half down w 10k, that should have been my first red flag but it is a car dealership so how could Ahmed not want to try to take as much from his customers. I get my car down to a reasonable apr and buy it and less than a month goes buy and a/c goes out. I go to get it checked and call merit from which I bought the car and they helped and Ahmed assured me that if something like this happened again he would be able to help. Well once again after another month and a half of driving my A/c goes out and Ahmed said he cannot help me after stating that he previously would help me I should have known not to trust a car dealers word. Now that he is paid he has no regard for me and the money that I gave him and will not give me a service record to see what was done to my car the first time I was there. Also if you plan on buying a car here all cars are marked down thousands so they can get u over w a “paint protection” for 1500 and electronic filing for a couple more 100. I have no wishes to buy another car from here and I recommend that you don’t either I wish I would have took my business elsewhere and can’t believe that gave anyone there a dollar.

We purchased a CX5, Mazda for our son and has been there at least twice for problems with car switch not engaging to start the vehicle. We have the Gap service but was it worth the price to sell us a vehicle that may or may not start when pushing the start button.

Not trustworthy. I was told in order to find out a monthly payment I needed to fill out a form she will email me. Asked the woman on the phone if it would pull my credit as I don’t even know how interested I am. She insisted there would be no credit pull. I now have 5 hard inquiries due to this company’s blatant lies. Merit Auto is a company that is completely fine with lying to customers in hopes of making a sale.

I’ve always found car shopping to be extremely stressful, but I will admit this go round was down right pleasant.
