Meritage Homes - Tampa

When we moved in to the Savanna neighborhood we expected what Meritage promised. Were we wrong. I'm not going to get into everything that we were lied to about, but I will get into something that effects all families for homes they build. When we first moved in, our breaker box kept tripping for no reason. So they send their electric company out to fix it. We thought great, it's done. WRONG. 2 years later as we are selling our house, a new inspector comes in to look at it. We were told that its not correct and someone just capped off a wire to help with the load of the box. SO THIS IS REALLY HOW MERITAGE FIXES A PROBLEM? THEY UNHOOK WHATS CAUSING THE TRIP SO IF IT REALLY NEEDS TO IT WONT AND THE HOUSE CATCHES ON FIRE. We have called Meritage about fixing and of course like always, NO CALL BACK. I wanted this fixed without having to do all of this but I guess once they sell you a house they don't care about customers. MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY FROM MERITAGE HOMES.lies lies and more lies. Don't believe me just check out community facebook pages and see if anyone is happy.
