We visited Merlili on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. Sonia welcomed us and helped us find the perfect vail to match the brides dress. Sonia was so amazing!

Manuela was so great at helping me define what kind of bridal look I had in mind. I highly recommend!

I shopped at 5 stores over three days for my wedding dress. I had Manuela and from the minute we started our appointment she was amazing. Nice, caring, and really listened to me! I needed to come back and try on a dress for a second time and she came in on her day off to make sure she did that with me. I didn't end up buying my dress here but I would 100% recommend this store to anyone shopping for a wedding gown.

I absolutely loved my experience at Merlili. Out of the 12 stores I went to in 2 states, they were my favorite in terms of dress selections and customer service.

My stylist Sonia was so sweet and helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable trying on dresses alone. She wasn’t afraid to give me feedback but was not pushy with her opinions. I ended up saying yes to a dress she selected for me and I can’t wait to wear it on my big day! I’ll be back for the perfect bridal accessories.

This boutique is amazing! Their dress selection is beautiful and amazing, I absolutely loved it. But the best part of my bridal shopping experience was being helped by MANUELA in this shop! She is the absolute best! Truly truly sweet and amazing, so helpful, made my bridal dress shopping experience wonderful.

Merlili has a great selection of dresses and they can work with a good budget range. Manuela was the one who helped me. She was so efficient and helpful understanding my vision!

Yesterday i went dress shopping in the hunt for my perfect dress. Little did I know the amazing experience. This was my first stop and after the experience lived with Manuela, I had to come back for my dress. No other place in miracle mile offered what she did. Manuela, had a passion for her job, she shows interest in your love story and your big day. She was aware of my venue, vision and most importantly budget. I had an absolutely amazing experience! Within minutes of walking in Manuela greeted me and was beyond attentive of my family and I. She understood my style perfectly and selected amazing gowns for me to try on. She was extremely sweet and patient as I was indecisive amongst so many great options. I have gone to 8 different stores and have not received the kind of attentiveness I received from her. I highly recommend this store to all future brides!

I found my dream dress at Merlili! It was the first boutique that i went to and I found my dress in one day. Manuela helped me and she was incredible. I felt so beautiful when i found my dress. I am a 2024 bride and decided to start looking for a dress a little earlier than I anticipated. I dropped by Merlili as I was walking around Miracle Mile, and I would've never expected to find my DREAM dress, especially so early on in my bridal journey. Manuela was absolutely amazing, so patient and kind and beyond helpful. Additionally, I tried on various dresses after Merlili but none could compare to THE dress. Not to mention, no other location has even come close to the phenomenal customer service my family and I received. I said YES to my dress. The person that helped me was Frenchesca and she was absolutely wonderful. She made me try on other dresses to make sure I loved my Carla dress. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for your wedding dress <3

I wanted to truely take the time to write this review! The girls Francesca, Manuela, and Sonia were truely truely amazing! This was my second time dress shopping my first was Davids bridal! Francesca said " Listen were gonna start a clean slate, were gonna go from the beginning to the store to the back and your going to tell me the pros and cons of each of the dresses and start picking out ones you like, love and the ones you never thought you would wear or give a try your going to try today! " This was a relief because I am a blessed women 24W and it was awesome to have someone come in with this energy! So much nerves and body image feelings come up and concerns for the lady lumps to feel secure and this team of women made me feel safe to take some risks with some dresses that i would never have thought would look phenominal on me! This was truely a happy and exciting experience they made me feel as if they "closed down the store just for me, and have a VIP experience. " I am blessed these Ladies made this moment very stress-free and exciting, I felt like I was in my own personal fashion show! I can't wait to get my dress! And also the AC of the store was Amazing, can't forget to review this!

Before arriving at Merlili Bridal Boutique, I knew that I wanted my dress to be from Moonlight Bridal, and this store was one of the ones that distributed it. Since I arrived for the first appointment, they were very kind, patient, the dress was prepared, very respectful.with me and my companions. The dress arrived on time without delays and the adjustments were always at the agreed times. I recommend them with closed eyes and my special thanks to Manuela Zapata for helping me in the process of selecting my dress.
