Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville FL

My family cannot thank Merritt Funeral Home enough. We recently lost my sister, well before her time, and it has been one of the most difficult times in our lives but Cheryl and Jeannes support and compassion were more than we could have ever asked for! My family has used their services for decades because they really do treat you like family.

I am so glad we chose Merritt Funeral Home for my dad's final send off. Every member of the staff showed professionalism and compassion to each of us at every encounter. They did a phenomenal job on my dad, Johnny Davidson. He had a smile on his face and looked so peaceful. Thank you for walking us through every step and making such a difficult time a little more bearable. I would give 10 stars if I could!

On March 14 we had my dad‘s funeral at MERRITT FUNERAL home everything was excellent at everything that MERRITT did for us they’ve always been an excellent place they will help you in anyway that they can we have been using MERRITT FUNERAL home for a number of very long years and we will keep using them. Scott helped us in every way to make us very comfortable.

Awful Services * Zero Sympathy* DO NOT USE. My 52 yr old sister brought to them per police authority on 1/30/22 and on 2/2/22 has still not been seen by Medical Examiner and we do not know cause or date of death and Merritt will not respond

Treated my brother with respect and care. Could not have been more helpful and respectful to my Mother and I. Thank you, Joe, and Thank you, Bill. You made a difficult time a little less so. Extremely grateful to you both.

I highly recommend Merritt Funeral Home. They were very professional and compassionate when helping us with arrangements at such a difficult time.
They had prepared my dad flawlessly and flew him to Michigan for his funeral. This was also in September 2020 which was during the pandemic and they did a wonderful job. Thank you

My mother died January 14,2020. She had prepaid all her arrangements with Merritt's quite a few years ago. The man who came to the facility in Zephyrhills was the nicest man and so gentle with her. She was to be shipped to Michigan for burial. When I arrived at the funeral home in Kalamazoo, I could not believe how beautiful Mommie looked.the even did her nails to match her dress! She looked 70 instead of a week shy of 100. What a blessing the staff was to deal with during this time. I would recommend them to anyone.
