Meson Sandwiches (Lee Vista), Orlando FL

Absolutely hideous sandwich. Order was wrong and the the quality was far below satisfactory. Manager insisted I had to throw the meal away before she would refund my money. Would never refer this dump to anybody and without a doubt will never return.

Fast sandwiches. Puerto Rican style. Different varieties. I wasn’t crazy about it but my sister loved it. I had a Ruben and my sister had the Cuban sandwich. Perhaps it was a different types of bread. We did love the Sorrullos and the cheese pastry.

The cashier guy was horrible! Just looked at us when we came in. Did not even greet us! It was our first time here and we were asking about the food and he didn’t even want to help us or recommend anything!

Since reopening after the pandemic, it has been on the decline. Hardly any meat in the sandwiches, slow service. A Latin Subway, which is right next door. Subway has more meat in their sandwich. A shame, the sandwiched here used to be amazing.

I recently went to the 6622 eagle watch Orlando Florida 32822 in Lee vista and the not only was I missing food.it looks horrible. I called to speak to a manger and no one answers the phone.not only did I wait in the drive thru line for 45 minutes. I was missing part of my meal. Horrible service. I have also sent emails of the complaint and no one responded.

I'm not a sandwich person, but I have to give good credit for Meson sandwich they are indeed delicious if you like hot sandwich maybe sure you ask for the hot ones so you don't get confused and complain that the sandwich was cold.

Everything i order here is amazing. Every morning I buy something new. I am always coming to the place when in town. I am from ct. And don't have anything like this in my area. I am going to tell all my friends

First time eating here, ordered a chicken bbq sandwich. It was really good and service was fast and the place is real clean!

We decided to go back for the first time after the covid pandemic struck. Food was good like always but they somehow managed to recruit a rude "security guard" type lady that enforces the wearing of a mask, taking your hand temperature AND to sanitize your hand with hand sanitizer.

No good afternoon or anything, just a "if you don't wear a mask you can't come in" while gesturing with her hand in an aggressive way. I'm not perfect, I did forget the mask in the car so I walk back to the car to wear it. Meanwhile, my wife had already walked in past the "corrections officer", turns around and walks back out following me (she wasn't sure I wanted to go back in after the experience) she was called at too "if you go out you have to have your temperature checked again".

We're starving and decide to go back in, have our usual pre-covid lunch. No complaints here, everything was good.

While we were there, a poor client tried to walk back out through the front door only to see the prison officer lady square away blocking the entrance, arms crossed while barking "the exit is through that door" - uncrosses her arms then points aggressively towards it too.

It is very unfortunate and disappointing to see the service quality from the Island taint the high service standards expected here in the mainland on any business. Being rude and disrespectful does not gain you new clients.

Went to the drive through and the service was not that great. Something is wrong with their speaker/mic. Then when I went to the window no “Hi” or any kind of greeting. And when I got my food all they did was give me the bag and close the window.food was good, but the service made it feel mediocre at best.
