We ordered from METechs via emails with James in Hudson. He was very responsive and answered our many questions. Process for ordering was easy and I was able to pick up that Friday, as they had it ready VERY quickly. It was installed without issue (very quiet) and we are planning to obtain another!

Horrible staff! They don't stand behind their word or their products! If you don't have to use this company, don't! Terrible! 30 returns my a$$! I wish I could give this company 0 stars. 1 star isn't even worth them!
