Awesome service and the best customer service in the cell phone industry
We arrived with 30 minutes to spare. The girls were not interested in helping. We had one phone with Metro but decided to leave them and start this line with Sprint.
This place is ridiculous. We arrived 30 minutes before they close. After ignoring us for 5 minutes while sweeping up, she looks up to tell us she needs more than 25 minutes to setup an account. I'm like ok so do it we were here early enough and not coming back tomorrow. She gave me an attitude but then did it. A business runs on mostly customer service. If you're looking for a sale maybe don't be such a b*$ch to your customers.
