The sign on the door stated that the store opens at 10: 30 AM I was a bit early, so I waited few minutes for 10: 30 and arrive by the time. Two other gentlemen seemed to be waiting to get into store along with myself. 10: 34 passes and no one is at the store.then employee finally shows up at 10: 38. He opens the door. I can see from the window he was on the computer probably getting everything ready for his day. I came through door only to be told that the store is not open yet and will open at 11am.then I asked him a simple question.does the store open at 10: 30 like the sign states or you telling to everyone has to wait until 11am because you are not ready to open the store due to the fact that you are late. He states the store does open at 10: 30 but that we would all have to wait.so all 3 of us left store without buying a thing. Terrible customer service.

I just want to start out by saying that I visited this location to upgrade my device. Upon arrival I met with Benny. He was very knowledgeable about anything I asked him. I purchased the upgrade then I had to return it due to technical difficulties with the device. Benny along with the manager did not hesitate to replace it. Unfortunately the replacement was bad too. Benny made good on his word and the 3rd works like a charm. Thanks to Benny.

Came in to pay for my bill. They said they don’t have change.what kind of business that don’t have change for customer? The front desk girl was so rude too. Another employee was smoking in front of the store. Terrible customer service! Never come back here again.

My iPhone was acting up and I’m a little embarrassed to say I had no idea how to fix it. Benny and Pamela helped me out as soon as I walked in. In the meantime, they showed me a great deal some LG tones. They made my experience quick and painless. Overall I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Would recommend.

What a horrible experience. My wife went in to make a change to her account and a mouthy, useless, green haired punk girl wouldn't even pull up my wife's account. After the negative comments towards my wife, I finally suggest to go to another store. The idiot behind the counter just laughed as we were walking out, so I said, " Hire some better f_ing help here". Don't go to this store. These people are useless.

The people here are the least knowledgeable and least helpful of any Metro store I've been too. I definitely won't be back.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD DO SO.

The employees here will scam you. They pretend they can't credit you for accessories that have NOT left the store. They don't even give you a receipt for credit. They will lie and cheat to make a commission. The manager promises to call you back and DOES NOT DO SO. The direct number to the store does not WORK. They will scam anyone including the elderly.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Save yourself the headache of having to deal with this location and go to another one.
I will have no choice but to contact the BBB regarding this matter.

If I could give this store -5 stars for theiving I would. First their manager has the most unprofessional attitude (no surprise, it's metro). Second, I feel sorry for her brainwashed employees who not only believe but relate her lies to customers. I had explained to the sales rep I was unsure to make the phone purchase to which she replied she would get penalized if she did not continue since the phone was already activated (how? She did not have my number nor my account info to port my phone over and get the account activated). Well, I called Tmobile and chose to do insurance through them instead get a replacement and asked to return the phone, well the rep asked her supervisor who made up all these so called rules (because she was the regional manager and according to her they have their own rules. Mind you tmobile was on the phone with me- who own metro) and she insisted I couldnt get my money unless i cancelled my whole number, well after me insisting she was all of a sudden able to refund me minus the accessories except an exchange on the case not the screen protector (so SOL on 26$ here). I then-after going back and forth- proceeded to get part of my refund and exchange for my case. FEW DAYS LATER (today) I check my transactions and find out I was double charged by this store. I come here to get my double charge taken care of and the sales rep called the same supervisor ("regional manager") who refused to refund me and she said that they cannot do anything and insisted I could only go throuhy my bank. THE KICKER - when the rep contacted her about the transaction the supervisor actually KNEW about the double charge and specified which was tbe "legit" transaction amount; meaning she was actually aware of this charge and FAILED to contact me or even address it at all.not just this but the sales rep said "I dont understand why they didnt contact you the same day, because I usually do if that happens to me", so it seems this is the norm here. I will dispute with my bank and make sure I save someone else the headache of dealing with such devious business. Dirty business DIRTY RESALER. BEWARE! Pay a bit more and go to Tmobile, their customer service actually answers and their phones and lines are quality!

I have passed by this location quite a bit but I have not stopped in yet. This will be the next Metro PCS I try since the metro PCS down by the Walmart Supercenter on 50 did not want to help me with getting my replacement phone they supposedly ordered and hopefully I have a better experience at this location. Last time I ever use A ZTE phone.

Two attendants and niether one acknowledge us upon our arrival. Few minutes later one of them did. Once purchase was made we were fine but only to notice after we left no receipt was given. Received new bill in mail for 60 when it shoild have bewn2for 30. Went back the attendant who sold us the the phone was not available and the ine who looked at the account said that we only paid 60 when we paid 113. Now we need to go back to find the attendant and a resolution. Costing us more than expected.

Independently owned. Had no problems. Accessories were suggested but not pushy. Helped set up and transfer ph number as well.

Amazing staff very friendly and store was clean. I spoke with a district manager there who was very friendly and helped me with my protation charges in my bill and gave me a better plan with saving me money. She wanting to help and offered promotions and discounts. I recommend this metro!

How is this location still in business? I stopped in last week to have a new phone activated (I purchased an unlocked Samsung from Best Buy). They tried like heck to get me to buy one of their phones instead. ZERO customer service! It's nothing but pushy sales associates. They will lie through their teeth for a sale. I walked out. Don't waste your time at this empty location, instead, drive a few blocks west and go to the one by Wal-Mart. This is how a store is run. Customer service was priority, friendly associates, and a very clean and stocked store. Had the accessories that the other store didn't have, which they gave me a discount on, and I got my phone activated there. Account holder of metro pcs since 2010.

They sold me a broken phone. And acted like I was getting a deal with two glass screens. The "manager" stated that the screen was 39.99 for one and she was giving me a deal buy one get one free. And she was giving me a 20%off. She lied about the screen it was "30.00". And the broken phone they gave me a hard time about. The checked for water damage to see if it fell and talk about it as if I did something to the phone on purpose. Like get a life. They can't give out a number for any one higher if u have a problem with them they" write it down and hand it in". They don't know much of anything. Complaint u can forget it. I just know not every buy anything else from there.

I love this place. I have a cell phone with them. I pay a flat 30 a month unlimited. The staff don't try to push you into anything you don't want and are very helpful.

I needed to replace my phone. Even though I had insurance, I wanted to see if new was cheaper. They offered me a new phone with a rebate. Then they said the rebate would apply to my second line. I told them I didn't need a new phone for the second line, but they promised me a huge rebate if I did both. Fast forward to 8 weeks later, when Metropcs sends me an email rejecting my second rebate. I called and they stated it was very clear that only one rebate could be placed on the account, and admitted that this store lied to me, and said there was nothing they could do. They got an extra $89 for a pghone I didn't need, because they lied. The rebate center said they would have seen it in the computer, and disregarded it. Please go to an actual Metropcs store, otherwise if they can find a way to make the sale, even if they lie, they will do it.
