Metro by T-Mobile, Summerfield FL

Guy is very rude I was in a hurry and forgot my mask in the car he told me I needed one I said I wish the app was fixed for social distancing walked to my car put mask on walked back in and I said to him excuse me didn't you say we had to have a mask on but the two guys in front of me did not have one and they said we don't have one and the guy told me to leave or he would call law enforcement not the first time he's been rude

This was the worst experience I've ever had in a business. The girl behind the counter started being rude as soon as I walked through the door. There was not one other customer in the store and I was thinking about switching my phone service, currently I'm using straighttalk from Wal-Mart. When I started to ask questions about phones and plans I was given the shortest answers possible in a tone that implied I was the dumbest person on the planet. Not only will I not be getting a metro phone at all ill make sure everyone I know hears how little metro cares about customer service.

Went to change my phone number because we moved and they charge $25 to change my number. Called corporate customer and they said $15.00 is the.cost Summerfeild PCs ripping people off.

Won't answer the phone won't return phone calls. Sold me a phone that was free and would not credit the money to my account after they said they would. The phone I purchased does not work and I brought it back well within the time frame and they keep saying they have to order it but every time I go by there it has not arrived. Terrible customer service it seems like they are scam just like boost Mobile

Went to the store and they were never open when they are scheduled to be open. Not a way to run a business

The manger named Melissa is very unprofessional! I have been a customer with Metro for 10 years and really thinking about switching companies! I was going in there to buy a iphone too.its just very disappointing for a manger to talk and act the way she did to a CUSTOMER.

Summerfield store, They are not very well stocked. And then I got sent to a metro pcs down the street all the way in Bellview and day were very understocked. Definitely need to do better at keeping your store stock

Love paying an extra 3 dollars to pay my bill for driving my gas out to pay extra. Paying online from now on.

This girl is awesome! I love MetroPCS. I have been all over the USA and I had service in area's where my travel partners didn't!
