Metro by T-Mobile, Naples FL

I want to commend Christian and Vadly. Christian helped me switch to T Mobile and saved me money. The service from both guys was exemplary. Please do something for both of them. They were above awesome!

Vadly is so amazing he helped me multiple times today with a smile and was very kind about it I would recommend this location to anyone that's needs phones.

Waited nearly two hours with no one even acknowledging me.at both locations at coast land to simply purchase a new phone.

Customer Service was beyond excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful. One suggestion is that Corporate needs to restock the store. Definitely will return.

Biased review on my end since I was there early enough to get there before a line. Other then that they gave great customer service and made kept me inform with what they were doing and how they were going to resolve my problems.

I am so thrilled and thankful for the utmost professionalism and knowledge that your wonderful MANDY WILSON exhibits, as she makes my experience with Metro by TMobile a joy Everytime I need some tech help. Today she helped me buy my new phone and was able to transfer all my photos, data, and videos expediently.
Metro by TMobile is so lucky to have her on staff. She's the Best that I have ever found!

The reps who work here at this location are more helpful then at any other. There usually is only 1 girl who works there i can't remember her name but i remember her tattoos she is great along with the tall guy that works there. They always are great they have helped my grandma serval times.

The manager is completely useless. She didn't want to help at all, went to another location and they were such great help. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone

People here are always great.i love the they require a mask to come in. Because it helps protect everyone in store. The store is very clean also. They sanitized everything before i touched the phones.

Went to Metro this AM to fix an issue with a Android phone. Diego was the only consultant working and he helped me out 100% he’s a very pleasant young man and very knowledgeable. I love the customer service at this particular Metro. 3749 Tamiami Trail E Naples FL. I have been there many times and the personnel are wonderful. Congrats Metro for finding the right people for the job!

Full bars not even close to my throtting and constant buffering on 360p videos. Happens no matter where I am and I pay for HD video.

The staff is so helpful.they explained the new phone to me and how to use it i am so pleased with them i will recommend.helpful girl hooked me up with amazon prime and hotspot all in my plan they great!

BEST METRO I HAVE VISITED. RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL, AND TOOK HER TIME WITH MY ISSUES AND QUESTIONS WHICH I HAD MANY. THE STAFF HERE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
