Metro by T-Mobile, Miami FL

I added a phone to a line the phone don't work right so I called to make sure I could exchange it or get an another phone and the Lady said Noone here speaks English and Hung the Phone up on me. So I figured I'd go in to just avoid the Phone hassle. And wouldn't you know it. They sure enough had Closed the Store and Now I'm not sure what to do. So I Called Corporate and now I'm on Hold while they investigate this store and they informed me the Manager is in and they aren't Sure why the store is closed or why they are closed but that I should wait an another day, or go to another store. But my phone's only returnable to this store so. Yea I guess I'm just another 10 year valued customer with Metro Piece of Sh**

I went into this store earlier today (7/21) at around noon. The young guy working the counter was rude and obnoxious and completely Dooshy. There was a female associate who was leaning over the counter as if she couldn't hold up her own weight. Both these people seem like they don't have the mental capacity to handle their jobs or any occupation for that matter. The owner needs to screen his hires better and clean house.

Poor service. Really rude stores associates. Not recommended at all. Go to a different one.

Poor customer service, will be making a complaint to Metro PCS corporate. I wanted to buy a phone and open a new line and they simply didn't want my money. Wouldn't even know the name of the girls in the store they weren't even wearing a name tag. I regret having brought my mother and having her buy her phone there since one of them kept looking at her nails whenever we asked a question. I got a much better phone at the exact same price what a let down. Will never come here unless they decide to change their customer service. Sometimes this is the only thing that makes a business memorable and Metro PCS almost lost two customers in one day. I'm glad that Metro has other stores who had better friendly services and welcoming attitude.

This store has terrible customer service and I would never recommend to anybody. They don't even explain things to anybody and liars.
