The 5G phones are no better than 4G with their service. Everytime I had a question it was answered with another pushy sell from the young guy. Kept saying his routine "that's how I am too'". Very odd replies.

Katy was kind, patient and Super helpful.
She answered all my questions and understood my concerns. She even went above and beyond. She was able to price check everything for me to help me find a phone that had fit my budget. Thank You Katy and Thank You Metro by T-Mobile.

Funny how a person I speak with2wks ago tells me one thing and I go in and one other say another.

Definitely need get they're customers service right! And know what the heck they say. All I seen was bunch lazy people sitting in back room in they're phone. No wonder nothing done.

Daniel is the name of the guy that waited on me and he was unbelievable I had major problems with my phone and he had to just about completely download everything and get rid of everything and redo my phone and he did it awesome job and I had some other things that was problems with it too and he fixed those two I really really really believe he is a fantastic guy and he had he had a little assistance from Mario and he did a great job too but Daniel was really awesome

I wanted to switch my # to my other phone but they said they couldn't do it. Since I wasn't eligible for an upgrade I had to purchase a phone full price. I bought the moto g styus for $359. The next morning I tried to exchange or return the phone because it didn't have the NFC feature. I was told I couldn't do either because it was an upgrade. Since I wasn't eligible for an upgrade how is it an upgrade? The lady refused to do either. She kept explaining metro upgrade policy. After I keep stressing to her that I didn't buy the phone as no upgrade, I should be able to do either. She refused After going back and forth with me on metro upgrade policy, she told me to get out her store or she will call the police. After 20yrs of being a metro customer I'm looking for a new carrier Iwill be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they was not honest about the new phone still being an upgrade even though I wasn't eligible for an upgrade, plus the rep lied and told me the accessories came with the phone but they charge me $40 accessories. I'm stuck with $389 phone that can't use.

I've had Metro cell phone service for about 8 years now if not more and can't complain much about the service even going to P. R my service has been pretty good except for getting my messages delayed when I do travel. The only thing is recently not sure what's going on with the phone and service. My cell (OneNote) love pics but awful when I'm on wifi anywhere there's wifi, sometimes my cell and hubby's also android doesn't ring so we have to restart. Better android phones would give it 5 stars

They keep hanging up after I asked her about my issue. No arguments or no rude call just a simple question about their refund policy. No refunds or exchange on any upgrades so the cell is defective you will get a refurbished cell even after just 5 days of purchased. Buy a new cell and receive a refurbished if the new one is damage.
Also the cells are way more that boost and other retailers. Samsung A12 $165 for the cell and the same cell are at $79 with and without an upgrade at boost nearby. I lost $165 and still have a damage cell but i will port my family numbers to another company.

This place has never been known for its customer service skills but this morning was it for me. After 17 yrs as a customer I will be leaving Metro PCS in the next couple months. I called to make my payment.and I called right at 9am to get them before they got busy. She explained they could not take payment but started rambling off numbers I could call and make payment.and when I asked her to wait while I grabbed a pen she started screaming at me in spanish (I only speak english) When I tell her I now have a pen she says good and hangs up on me. I try to call back 6 times and she doesn;t answer.so I call another store got the number for corporate and while talking to the rep at corporate filing a complaint against this young woman.they ask her name.so I call the store using a dif phone and she answered.imagine that.when I told her I had corporate on the line and they need her name.she again got nasty with me only this time the corporate rep heard her and stepped in through speaker phone and told the young lady who she was and where she was from and that she needed her name to complete this report. The young lady shut her mouth and gave her name. Y'all I just wanted to pay my $50 bill. 17 yrs.and now Im gonna be movin on. Since T Mobile stepped on board. Metro has went DOWN THE TUBES.and tthat's my review.
