Metro by T-Mobile, North Port FL

After problems with reg t mobile went here, now everything works at a lower cost. How does Metro get better cell service then the network who owns it?

Well now Metro move to another place I love it now it's more convenient much better find a better phone for my son he's really happy with his phone now

I have been with Metro PCS for almost 20 years now. And the cellphone number l have had for about 13 years now. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in the using this company.

Went into the store tonight to get my phone bill situated. Something was charged on my account for 43.00 that was accidently added by this store when I added my home internet. Oscar the front counter gentleman told me that I needed to pay the extra 43.00 and then call the cooperate number myself to take up the extra charge. He got very defensive when I questioned why I needed to call cooperate when I was in the store trying to handle the overpayment. He then proceeded to tell me he was not going to help me and didn't care what anyone had to say about it. I've been with metro for almost 15 years. Any time I go into the Toledo Blade store they get things handled in store. Never have I been told to call cooperate and solve it myself. What's the point in having a metro store then? Save yourself the hastle of this location and go to Toledo Blade. They won't tell you to figure it out yourself. Very rude worker.

Great employee's Nilton and the lady were a great team. Very infromal straight to the point of getting to know your device and service! Couldn't say less.

Hanoi was an incredible help with a unique & complicated problem I had returning to Metro from another carrier. His customer service & knowledge is outstanding & appreciated. As long as Metro has Hanoi they have me & my family as customers. Thank-you Hanoi!

Wow! We had an amazing experience today at Metro PCS, in North Port. Hanoi greeted us right away. He was very friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. I felt as though he genuinely wanted to make sure my family and I got the best deal possible. Hanoi helped us find the perfect phone for my son and also helped me set up strict parental controls. This is something that was very important for me. I left Metro PCS in North Port feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase and the service we received. Go see Hanoi for all your Metro needs!

Jon was extremely helpful in getting my husband and me set up with our new phones. He is a master of multi-tasking! Besides training a new employee, he managed to handle the issues of a multitude of customers (it was raining hard at the time, which was why I thought it would be a good time to go - evidently, a lot of others had the same thought), all the while working on our phones. I have always had positive experiences at this MetroPCS location.

Great educated guys when it comes to phones.service is not so good in Northport y.been in several te to reset phone.just dead spots emergency service only every morning y.plus they do slow down data.y. Had issues out of town y.

Well done Nilton and main man manager, Hanoi! I wanted the new phone the other day and called some Metro by T-mobile stores in the area. Hanoi stood out in that crowd, and made me want to go in and see their place. I was a little late and sure enobugh they stayed to help me. When I talked with Hanoi previously, he assured me he could take my boost phone number and get my new phone in very little time.well, I got there a little late, looked in and saw no one! Ugh! Came all the way over and I see no one! Then.from behind the counter, in the corner, out comes Hanoi! Have to tell you all I was worried, for a minute.that made me laugh, settle down and do business. Both Nilton and Hanoi are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. A couple old souls down on earth. I recommend that store and those guys!
