I purchased an IPhone SE 1 Week Ago, I’ve been back to the store 2 times to have my information from my old phone transferred to my new phone, 2 Employees could not help me, You Need To Train You’re Employees Better To Provide Excellent Customer Service, I Will Never Recommend Or Buy Or Ever Use Metro By T-Mobile Again, Very Dissatisfied Customer

Been a customer of this location for 7 years. Stopped in to get a new phone. Was treated terribly by a clerk named Jacob. Wow never experienced this here before. Hate to say it but gotta go to a new location from now on. I was really shocked by the things he said to me.not cool!

For two weeks plus now this location has stated that they don’t have smart pay! When everywhere else does. It seems to me like Metro Pcs in lake county doesn’t want to make money and would rather pay its employees to sit around and do nothing. I’ve gone in twice now and tried to upgrade my phone and both times they’ve said oh I’m sorry you can’t bc we don’t have “Smartpay”. Well when is it coming back? We don’t know we have no clue. Who runs a business this way. They’re reply is well you can drive to Cleremont or anywhere outside of lake county to do it. What is the purpose of that?

The lady who helped me was very polite and did here job very well. I was in and out it was a great experience!

Came to the store to pay my phone bill so far everything was ok until I ask for a clip case to replace the one damage I paid for a case the I thought was What I ask for when to my vehicle to put it on then I discovered was the wrong one when back to the store and they refused to give the money back even though I was their mistake and also kept the new case and the money.not happy I feel that's a rip off.

Been customers here several year never any issues upgrade plan is good to get newer device's at a lower cost only a few black out areas where the service dosent work but most services probably don't work great in these areas because if large trees ect

MetroPCS is the only cellular phone service I've had where the customer service is excellent every time I need it. They are always very friendly and very helpful and solve every issue I have had. With that said I haven't had many issues with MetroPCS in the many years I have been with them.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the phone and transferring all data and apps from old phone to new phone.

Raed was awesome. He answered all of my questions and really was helpful for me coming in with no idea what I wanted exactly. I'm leaving happy and will come back to Raed for my next upgrade! THANK YOU!

Went in to replace a phone and William was very helpful and did everything he could to assist us. The store was very clean and Covid-19 friendly.

Metro has been a good phone company to be with. The prices are good for the phones that are free. I do let others know about metro.

I had the best experience getting a new phone. Metro by T-Mobile is the place to go. William is Awesome! He's really into his job and he's pretty funny too! You know how sometimes getting a new phone can be dreadful? Not here. Be sure to come to this Eustis location when you're ready for a new phone with the best deals!
