My favorite store always happiness when I walk through the door I love how the girl always ready to work and she go over everything with me from the jump it's stays clean n smelling nice.

Just left the metro store I told the girl I would like a cheaper plan she told me take a sit let her look into my account she did just that and I'm happy with what they offer me she's the best.

This is the worst metro store I have ever been too, the two guys in there are despicable human beings, the rudest, most unprofessional employees I have ever come across. If I could rate this store a 0 I would because it don’t even deserve the 1. Metro you need to fire these two guys before it’s too late and they drag this store down into the ground.

I went to find out information about my account, I was yelled at and belittled in front of other customers, the employee did not want to give me my own information and then went on to say that you don't buy anything in my store so I should get out. I thought as a business I would be treated like a human being with respect and compassion as I have a disability, I left the store as I we as extremely embarassed without any information gained, this is the third time this has happened to me in this store, this is my local store so that is the reason I am forced into going there. Now unfortunately I will have to leave metro to go to another carrier as I can no longer be humiliated by the employees in this store.

I gave lauderhill mall metro a call a girl by the name shavoria pick of the phone I ask her about a upgrade she told me everything I needed to know I just left I got my phone I'm happy with it she transfer all my info she was very helpful keep her a around she's a metro expert as she told me.

Very unhelpful staff i went in to pay my bill and they don’t take credit when every other metro has allowed it and when i sat down to try and pay it online they told me i had to leave when i was trying to show them an in-app payment error.management needs to reassess their entire approach to customer service

My family and I have been coming to this shop for a while now, and every single time we've been, we've had incredible service. The two gentlemen in the store are top-tier in their customer service. This might be the only Metro we come to from now on.

I always visit this metro they always explaining the new promotion or new phones it's clean smells nice when you walk in greeting is awesome they the best hands downs

The guy in the store is the rudest person ever! He tries to up sale things that doesn’t make any type of sense! You are crazy if you let him get over on you and talk bad to you as well!

Store 1297 NW 44th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33313, Agent Saady, date 8/30/2022.was great with customer service that date. I need a tablet and they had the TCL 10.1”, it is great, needed it for school. Still a customer since 2006.

Ms Lewis is the perfect rep for Lauderhill location I got all my information from boost and switched over she told me all about the promotions and phones and plans.

My girl that work at the lauderhill location is awesome she always know how to please a customer.
